CLOSE THIS LOCATION I say this because me and my fiancé were the only people in line and yet we still had to wait over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. And to top that off we had a sticker coupon for a free premium chicken sandwich we got it and it was hard as a rock and dry as dirt and do my let me mention our fries were cold and even tasted as if they had been there for hours I know it’s only mcdonalds but I atleast expect my food cooked right and hot I won’t be coming back anytime soon and I’ll most definitely let my friends know so they won’t have to deal with this BS don’t take my money if your not gonna atleast serve me hot properly cooked food

The building has several windows and computers, too bad the employees are only competent enough to take and make one order at a time. Tonight I dealt with a royal B! tch who scolded me for giving her my order wrong.

Won’t even honor coupons they send in the mail, and the staff is very rude. We had two orders since we forgot some stuff and the staff was refusing to give my husband the second tray without a receipt, but sorry who keeps McDonald’s receipts?! On top of it, the tables in he play area are filthy! Yes, I am sitting in here as I type this. Then a worker proceeds to step on the table in the play area and restart a movie on the TV and didn’t even wipe it down after! Like hello, this is a restaurant but especially in the kid area where most of the kids eat off?! Ridiculous I will not be back.

Went through the drive thru last night around 10. When I arrived there were 3 cars ahead of me. I waited 19 minutes to place my order and an additional 17 minutes to receive my order. While I begrudgingly waited for my order they had several cars leave the drive thru queue, it makes me wonder how much revenue they lose in a year as a result of their horrible speed of service. Unbelievably, this terrible service is normal for this location, and it’s much worse on Friday and Saturday evenings.
My wife works nights and sometimes will stop here on her way home because this location is open 24 hours. She said she has waited over 30 minutes to get a #3 at 4 am. Absolutely ridiculous!
They are, hands down, the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. The ONLY reason I continue to patronize this location is because my wife loves McDonalds frys and it’s close to our home, otherwise they would never receive another penny from me. Unless you are extremely patient, don’t waste your time visiting after 9 pm.

I saw this and tossed my drink out. Human friendly cleaning products or not. I don’t want leaning chemicals sprayed all over my drink cups. I’m done with this McDonald’s.

After the inside closes and the drive through is only open be prepared to wait at least 15 min for your order of a 4pc chicken nuggets and a diet coke

Went at 3am after getting off work. Horrible service. Sat behind a car that was turned off sitting at the window and listened to them chat and laugh for 10 minutes, then a girl at the window behind me got my attention, so had to back up to that window to order. I paid and she disappeared for another 15 minutes, finally got my food, but was given an old Big Mac instead of fries. So overall took about 30 minutes just to get food, with only one car in line. Stay away from this place!!!

Worthless after 11pm. Waited well over 15 minutes and didn’t move. This is consistent. Very aggravating.

They get 4 stars from me because of their fast service time and great customer service while they were SLAMMED while I was there. The place was clean and well run.

Not a bad Mickey’s, just a busy one. Great Fish Sandwiches and the friendliest of service.

The food is always hot here (plus, plus) and the service isn’t bad. Being right off the main freeway and adjacent to strip malls this one can get a bit busy at times.
