I’ve lived here for 1 year and just renewed my lease for another year. I have been very happy here. The complex is very quiet and the location is awesome. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. It’s expensive to live here but you DEFINITELY get what you are paying for. Every time I have needed to have something fixed, it has been done right and within a day.

I’ve lived here for 15 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Very quiet. Excellent location. The complex is always very well kept and maintained. Plenty of parking. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. All my dealings with the office have been excellent. I can’t imagine living anywhere else on the westside.

Unlike the previous poster, I have nothing, but good things to say about this property. I have lived here for 2 years and have never had a negative experience. The complex is very quiet, landscaping is well above average, and the maintenance workers respond to problems immediately.
Some people just wake up mad at the world.;)

This was the worst.
The front desk lacked any remote level of confidence, short term memory, respect for their tenants, or even the ability to operate a keurig coffee machine.
Who were these women in this office? Did they actually work there? More signs pointed to no than yes. I can’t imagine what it must be like to deal with that sort of inept behavior regularly. Their attitude was sour on top of everything else.
I wasted an hour dealing with their tom foolery and it was a mistake that I hope none of you succumb to in your future home hunting endeavors. Also the lawn people seemed to ALWAYS be doing yard work. If you think anyone wants to wake up to the sound of a leaf blower on a Saturday morning you are out of your God damn mind. Don’t go.
