Great authentic Mexican food! My husband LOVES their menudo, and homemade tortillas. The wait staff is very friendly, they deliver, and they always have coupons in the mail which is awesome.

Horrible service! Went last night for cinco de Mayo and had the ugliest customer service experience. Everyone from the hostess to the bartender are incompetent. They do not know what the meaning of team work is. As we waited 15 minutes to find a server we watch everyone pace the restaurant back and forth. No one picks ups dirty dishes from tables. Yet they have plenty of time running around like chicken without a head. The hostess was the worst. She was busy trying to look cute by walking back and forth between the inside and patio. She had the audacity to push in a chair from a table three ladies walked out from after waiting 15 – 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge them in order to order. Their used bowl of chips and salsa wasn’t picked up by the hostess, yet she pushed the chair into the table. Really! How lazy can one be. The other staff would pretend that the tables didn’t needed cleaning but took 30 minutes to clean four tables. A couple stood against the wall on the entry way, had a drink and were left waiting. About 20 minutes later they decided to seat themselves. We were fortunate to have been seated as we walked into the bar area from the Tarrant Pkwy side but still waited a long time to be acknowledge. This restaurant can’t handle any volume let alone 4 – 6 customers at one time. It’s a sh*t show of chaos. We left in such a hurry that regardless that the food tasted good it wasn’t worth the ugly service.

We received a coupon in the mail to come check out this restaurant. Came by, sat at the bar, waited 5 minutes to be greeted, and then our bartender disappeared. 25 minutes later, he returned and asked if we wanted anything. Being in food and beverage for 13 years myself, this upset me. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. We left and went to our usual amazing Mexican restaurant. You never know when trying a new place. It’s a shame that this was a dud. You couldn’t pay us to return and receive such terrible service.

Everybody has varying opinions about Mexican food and this one will NOT be my favorite. From the cars outside I thought it would be packed inside but there were only about three tables occupied. We ordered Queso Texano which had ground beef, guacamole and sour cream. It was very thin and very little meat. Next we chose Andys Flautitas. The description said six small Flautitas with chicken, deep-fried and topped with melted cheese. Sounds delicious? Unfortunately the Flautitas were overcooked and the melted cheese was less than 1 teaspoon grated cheese — semi melted. Try it and judge for yourself but you won’t find me there.

Typical Mexican Fare. Las Pinatas just feels like another Mexican restaurant by a different name. I enjoyed my meal, but there wasn’t anything that pulls me back. Add in that they’re situated in a low-traffic strip, and I’d say their future is in question. It was good food, I’d eat it again, but I’d never crave it or especially chose it over any other Mexican restaurant in the area.

Very poor food. Had a delivery to the hospital I worked today(8 orders). We were all grossly disappointed. Little food, high prices, and the delivery person with no change!

Used Unilocal new E24 delivery service app to order from here. An hour and 45 minutes later we got our food. All we ordered were 2 small soups, a small nacho that looked more like a tiny crispy quesadilla, and a taco plate. Called restaurant and they wanted to give us 20% discount next time?! Um… No. A full refund is what I want especially when we were quoted 45 – 60 minutes with no phone call from restaurant advising it would be any longer than that. Manager called me after I did this review and said he will refund me. Based on this, I’ll give it another try but I’ll be calling instead and not using the Unilocal delivery app.

After my last order on eat24 and only 4 choices for delivery my prego belly decided to try this place. I didn’t have high expectations but I gave it a shot! DEFWORTHIT!!! Their taco salad and tortilla soup are some of the best I’ve had compared to real Mexican home cooking! They were faster than estimated delivery time making me even happier & food still steaming! By far one of the best delivery orders I’ve ever had!!! Will order probably more than I should over the next few months of Mexican food cravings! :)

We got a little bit of everything. Bad Oil not hot enough and not well drained makes for soggy fried jalapeños and churros. Cubed chicken on the nachos looks like it’s out of a lunchables box. Shredded or strips look less like they came out of a bag. Salsa is tasty but could be hotter. Surprisingly oily barbacoa overpowered the taqueria tacos. The acidity of lime juice helps to cut the fatty beef, but it takes the contents of an entire wedge. There are three tacos but only two lime wedges. I assume the chicken on these tacos is the same weird cubed stuff so I don’t know if I can recommend that as an alternative. Quesadillas were boring. Need some white onions, peppers, etc. I gave up on them and donated to trash. Good: They deliver. Showed up about 30 minutes after ordering which was half the estimate. The fried ice cream was pretty good. I guess it’s always good. Chocolate crispy rice cereal was a twist on the classic, but maybe not an improvement. Verdict: Should you eat here? No, unless it’s to get fried ice cream to go.

The fam absolutely loves this place. Food is always on point; prices are right. Frequent specials. We have become huge fans of the three enchilada combo. We get three different ones with three different sauces, and they are all great. It’s awesome that they offer delivery.

Oh. My. Gosh. This restaurant serves the most delicious food. I’m a fan of their green enchiladas myself, along with their quesadillas and sopapillas. Their alcoholic drinks are very well made, and they use high quality tequila in all of their margaritas. I would absolutely go here if you are in the area!

We made our first order here tonight because they delivered. The gentleman taking our order was very polite. We ordered 2 tacos with rice/beans, beef fajitas with rice and beans, and an order of enchiladas rojas and a couple of cokes. He told us the order would be 45 minutes to an hour at 7pm that wasn’t too bad. The food was delivered exactly on time in 45 minutes. The deliver girl was very friendly, she even helped my coal my puppy since i wad on crotches. The food was actually still hot which was a pleasant surprise. The food it self was good. They included 2 bags of chips and 4 containers of salsa to go with it as if we were at the restaurant for good measure. We will definitely order again.

I don’t go giving 1 – 2 stars out all willy nilly. After driving out there to discover Taste Latino closed, I decided to eat here. I should’ve just kept it movin and mosied on over to Keller. Squackin kids in the backseat fighting over cheeseburgers vs quesadillas I just decided to eat at Las Pinatas. They have queso blanco! I love queso blanco. The queso was good, even though it was runny and served cold. I liked the chips and fire roasted salsa. Service was okay, I had the check before my food. I got the Los Cabos Tilapia. Tilapia in a poblano sauce with shrimp, crab, cheese, and pico. Sounds delicious right? It wasn’t. It was bland. very bland. The shrimp were those frozen shrimpies in a bag, and the crab was imitation crab meat. The sauce had no taste. The vegetables were the best thing I ate.

We like to sit at the bar, have a few drinks and listen to the music. The shrimp quesadillas are very flavorful, but you must add the ghost cheese!

My boyfriend and I just moved to this area and we wanted to try this place. I’ve lived in Arizona and California so I’ve had different kinds of Mexican food. Since moving to Texas last year I have not found very many Mexican places that I like. This place was so good. I had the puffy tacos with ground beef and they were amazing. The rice and beans were really good and had a lot of flavor. We also got the sopapillas(which are free if you check in on Facebook) and the cheesecake chimichangas. They were both really good. My boyfriend had a margarita and he said it was good as well. We also loved the chips and salsa. I’m definitely coming here many times.

Should have went to Taco Bell. I’ve had bad Mexican food where it wasn’t authentic and tasted really Americanized and then I’ve had this. I’m not sure how this place survives. Just not good. Not even the chips with table salt all over them.

I would come back. I seem to read the reviews after I committed myself for the meal. Something to do while waiting for you food, I guess. When we walked in the floor was sticky. First thought was dirty but since it was sticky all the way to our table, then maybe just a bad combination of cleaning chemicals. Chips seemed house made. They were good not like everyone else’s. Salsa had a roasted flavor but not hot/spicy so if you like the spice I could see how you would think it was bland. I got the tortilla soup which was good. Hubby got the Los Cabos Tilapia, of which I took a bite of and it was good. The music was not loud and I appreciate it was Mexican music. Having a good enchilada dinner to Berry Manilow just isn’t right. The server was friendly and the Margarita was good. I even ordered the fried ice cream for dessert, it too was good. Nothing was exceptional but good is good enough to come back and try it again. Might even bring friends or family to see how they like it.
