Typical Chipotle. Same food and price you would expect at any other franchise. The service here was especially good though, everyone seemed to genuinely want to work there and to help. The dining area was clean and it was easy to find a good table. Like the area too, many shops.

Not the best chipotle I’ve had. Need to train their servers well in making better food. They skimp on portions compared to other locations. The taste is also an issue because it tastes bland. I think chipotle is going the way of MickeyD’s in that skimping on quality and loose regulations(salmonella outbreak) and this place may be a example of that… I hope that they bring changes and the place succeeds.

Everyone always talks about this chain likes it’s the best thing since buttered tortillas. I finally got around to going based on recommendations from friends and it’s… not. good. food. First of all, even if this was served as intended, I don’t see how it could be anything but a thick, chewy mouthful of bland. But in our case, the food wasn’t even prepared properly. Chicken served both cold and burnt at the same time… Yum! This is not Mexican food. I don’t know what it is. Won’t be back.

Great experience at this location. Employees were friendly and generous with all the toppings. I got the burrito bowl and it was more that I could possibly consume. Everything was very fresh and delicious. No complaints!

This location is awful. Customer service is an issue. Got the bowl they wanted e to have as opposed to what I asked for. Will not return.

So I hadn’t been to chipotle since whole bad food debaucle, but I had a craving for a burrito so I decided to give them another try. I have been to this location multiple times and the service is always lackluster. I walked up with 1 girl fixing the guy in front of me his food and 2 or three girls cackling in back. finally after me standing there for a moment or 2 one of the girls turn to me and say someone will be with you in a minute, really? So I order the bowl and oh my goodness this location is the stingiest location I go to! I had to ask for more rice, more beans, more cheese, it was so annoying. Though the customer service is lacking and their extremely selfish with the food, my bowl was good but I’ll avoid this location with all my might.

I love the food at this location, no complaints on that! However the staff here is always so unhappy looking and they make you feel like such a bother. I myself work in the food service industry and I get it, it’s not glamorous or anything but atleast be a little more polite towards the people you’re helping.

It hurts my heart to write a negative review on Chipotle, but this location always frustrates me… I waste 20+ minutes standing in line to order everytime I come here. It doesn’t matter if you’re here early, lunch time, dinner, late… theres always a line because the staff here are SLOWWW. It blows my mind that they have 5 people working on the line, yet it takes them over 5 minutes to put together a bowl or a burrito. It seems like they have a high employee turn over rate because they’re always«training» someone new on how to heat up a tortilla. The food here is never fresh. It always tastes like the meat has been sitting out all day. They’re never consistent with the amount of food they give you. Some days I’ll have a bowl overflowing with food and other days, the bowl is barely half full and yet I’m being charged the same amount. Some employees are stingy and when you ask for a little more they give you an eye roll. Its a shame that this is the closest location to my house. the service here alone keeps me from eating chipotle. I usually ate chipotle once every 2 weeks or even more, and now I maybe eat chipotle once every 2 – 3 months. If you’re craving chipotle… drive down rufe snow and go to that location or the one in southlake.

Usually I love chipotle, this particular location is slow and the food seemed very cold. But still ate it cause I was so hungry. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Worst! They don’t know what they’re doing. Simple kids meal they don’t know how to make it. Corn tortilla is very soft, supposed to be crunchy. Regular salsa they gave me different one. Wow! Idiots!

I frequent this Chipotle quite often… the staff is friendly, the food good, and good portions(FYI to the guy who complained the portions were to small, you can ask for extra free of charge :)) and they make up for mistakes if any are ever made. Example: Since I had to wait for chicken and veggies to cook they gave me a free drink one night I went in. Tonight, I was getting dinner for my boyfriend and I for our #bluelives dinner date and I forgot to ask for a to go container for the Tabasco sauce my guy likes… and one of the employees just gave me an unopened bottle to take with me for him.

Because I am a fan of Chipotle I keep going back to this location hoping there will be improvements… After my order last night I have lost hope. In the past they have got one or two things wrong on my order but this time they completely messed up all three bowls! Unfortunately it was a to go order so I had no idea till I was back home(20 min away). It wasn’t small mistakes it was completely off base… No chicken in one bowl, white rice not brown, chicken in the bowl that was steak and steak in the bowl that was chicken. When I called the service manager actually said it may have happened because they got busy!!! I can only hope the new Alliance location will have better training.

I love Chipotle. However, this particular location isn’t the best that I’ve been to. The company I work for orders meals on occasion from this location and every single time so far our food has come back incorrect. Instead of helping us out they have stated that they were short handed or gave some other excuse. That works maybe the first time, but after the third time we won’t be ordering online or over the phone from this location. We appreciate companies that are able to offer service with a smile… and it just hasn’t happened here, which is a bummer cause we all love Chipotle otherwise.

When we first walked in and stood in the line, you couldn’t help but to notice an employee cleaning with cleaner solution where the cook was preparing and cooking. There was one expediter that was taking orders, preparing orders, and the cashier, while 2 employees were sitting down on break. I’ve been at several locations of Chipotle and have not seen anything like this.

I’m the biggest chipotle lover there is. I used to work at one as a second job for a while and I appreciated how important quality was and how hard we had to work. This chipotle is just disappointing. My food orders are consistently wrong when I order online. Just yesterday they forgot a couple ingredients in my daughters’ kids meals. They are consistently out of at least one type of drink. The fajita veggies are almost always old(beyond when they should serve). The tables and drink station rarely get a wipe down. The staff and management doesn’t seem to care. I’m quickly losing my faith in the brand.

I can’t believe I’m writing this lukewarm review of Chipotle, because I’m one of their BIGGEST fans. I’ve visited this particular location twice now and in both cases waited in line over 20 minutes, not during the typical lunch or dinner rush. Maybe the store is just busier than others, or I happened to come in behind someone with a large order(twice?). But the line was consistently as long behind me as it was in front of me. The quality of the food is as high as is typical of Chipotle. And the service is friendly, if slow. I’m thinking I will give them another try, but one more long wait and I’ll be looking for my Chipotle fix at another location.

I don’t care for the staff. They are not nice or smiley, or ever happy to be there. Especially the women. They are very stingy with toppings, and the selection is not huge. Chipotle is not my favorite place to eat, but I do enjoy it every now and then. I am thrilled all of their foods are now GMO-free. This location is very hit or miss, sometimes my food is very good, and sometimes it is too disgusting to have more then 3 bites. If you are seeking flavor, freebirds is more your style. If you want a more fresh earthy taste, chipotle may just be the way to go(depending on who is in the kitchen that day). I still go, but would prefer new management, and new staff, or just a new chipotle entirely. I never eat in, tables are always dirty.

I have always loved Chipotle. This is my first visit to one in TX. There isn’t anything different with them anywhere else. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience today. It was decently busy and plenty of staff on hand to make the line move quickly. Unfortunately, the two employees who were assigned to roll the burritos both could not effectively do so without ripping the tortilla. I will be honest they get half credit because they did ask me if i wanted another tortilla and i said yes, but even on the second try it looked like a sandwich, not a burrito haha. Other than that it seems like the quality has gone down hill a bit, so that’s why i went from a 5 to a 3 for this location. Chicken Burrito– White cilantro rice, pinto beans, chicken, pico, corn, sour cream and cheese. Wasn’t folded correctly, chicken wasn’t cooked well, other than that it was good.

Waited in line for 15 minutes because the line was really long. They are very stingy here. I ordered the bowl and they only gave me one spoonful of the rice. I had to ask for extra rice. It’s good that they don’t charge for extras. The food was colder than most other chains. I don’t recommend. Thanks

I have to say I’m impressed. Fast food meets fresh and flavorful. The selection isn’t large, but the quality makes up for quantity. Antibiotic free, healthy fresh choices. I could tell it was all prepared in house. The salsas were uncommonly good. I could taste the cilantro, which is a plus for me. The brown rice was cooked to perfection. The carnitas meat was juicy and tender. My daughter and I both had bowls. The flavor was outstanding. I could taste so many spices, textures, and ingredients. I had carnitas with brown rice, black beans, white corn, and hot plus medium salsa. Very tasty. As my daughter states, «they do have flavor going for them» The tables were more dirty than not, I’d say about 40% of the tables were uncleaned. Only us, and two other tables seated. A lot of dirty tables for not being busy. The chairs are two simple planks of wood. My daughter and I agreed they were rather uncomfortable. The front edge on all the chairs we could see were chipped, hitting the under side of the thigh rather rough. Service was quick and friendly. The music was booming and hard to hear the staff when ordering. Recommended.
