I am completely blown away by this Kwik Kar’s customer service! I went to get an oil change, even though it wasn’t quite time yet, because we are driving out of town tomorrow. Well they checked my oil and told me it’s completely full, looks great and here really wasn’t a need. So they could’ve just done it and charged me but then chose to be honest. BUT THEN IT GETS BETTER! After knowing I am going out of town, they said why don’t you let us check all the car’s vitals and check the tire pressure. I said sure. I then get in the car and they even vacuumed it and cleaned the windows. And charged me NOTHING! I will most definitely be going back! It’s not often we see this type of customer service. Blown away!

I called to see how much they charged if I brung my own oil since I can’t get to my machnic. He was so rude I will find somewhere else. It’s like he took it personal that I had my own oil. I know they don’t carry it, and I already had it to take to my Machnic. Ugh! He said $ 28.00 and hung up, really!!! I guess it’s not his shop so the hell with the review.

Nice and clean. the customer service is great. The pricing is normal to most locations. I don’t go to this location anymore because I found a cheaper place to get my oil change that provides a free inside and out car wash! (Cityview)
