Service King Collision Repair of Fort Worth

I just want to start by thanking Steven Ogden for his assistance with my car. I was on my way home from work, he waited for me and helped me fix the problem. As far as customer service and satisfaction i give this location a 5 friendly, reliable and exceptional service. Steven went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. If a problem arises again I would most definitely come back to this location. Thanks again Grace P

Our car was supposed to be repaired in a week. They called the day it should have been ready, saying they missed some damage and it would be another week. I called them back the day it should have been ready (the 2^nd time) and they said two more days. I called two days later (the 3^rd time it was supposed to be ready) and they still had not finished, and gave an estimate of 3 to 5 more days. Now I am wondering what the heck is going on, and if I will ever get my car back. Terrible place to get your car repaired. Go anywhere else! ANYWHERE else!

I was told by my insurance company to have them give an estimate on repairs for an insurance claim and just decided to have them do the work. First they were trying to say that some of the damage was pre-​existing (which I was very up front with them on the damages and was not done during the collision which was totally false.) I ended up getting money from insurance company that I file myself against Service Kings because I had a photo of the vehicle one week for before the accident. They repair the vehicle Not all the whole vehicle they said front bumper was damaged in the accident but, pre-​existing damage on the other side of the bumper was conflict for them repairing the damage that happen in the accident and they would just give me 20 dollars for those repairs. (What the hell is this place). I ended up get 350 dollar for Service King for the shit work from the claim I file with them at the insurance company. I talk with the Service King store manager also because they damage my window tint and he said «it was like that» then after show them I purchase the car one month before the accident and had the tint done a week after purchasing the vehicle he said they didn’t remove the window a 3^rd party company did. After months he told me service King would mail me a check for the tint repair a year later still nothing. Get a second estimate if you have a claim here. I hope this review helps anyone stay away from the trouble I when through.

This place is horrible they can not paint a car worth a flip. I gave them four chances to paint my car. Terrible Customer Service i would recommend any body else.
