I was very pleased with the service at Kites. They did wonders on my jacket which had quite a stain on the back. They are very reasonably priced and have a good turn around time. While they don’t have a tailor on site, they do work with one in the same plaza and the tailor seemed very friendly and provided honest feedback on a pair of suit trousers I was attempting to have mended. This was my first time at Kites and I will certainly return.

Kites you saved the day! I was an out-​of-​town bride and thought it would be impossible to get my dress pressed in time for the wedding. You did a turnaround in less than 24 hours and my dress was fantastic. I can’t wait to preserve my dress with you knowing fully that it will be perfect. I had the pleasure of handling an issue with a shirt with some pulls from the cleaning process with the customer service manager Belinda after having a major miss with the manager at the Hulen location. She was absolutely wonderful to me and listened to my concerns and apologized AND made sure I felt okay about the outcome. Belinda is absolutely wonderful and it is VERY apparent why she holds such a prestigious position at Kite’s.

This is one awesome place. The staff was super friendly. I dropped off my jacket of on Monday and was told it would be done by Thursday. Got an email telling me that it was finished on Wednesday. Definitely coming back here for all my dry cleaning needs.
