The most UNPROFESSIONAL group of people I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
When their technician initially came to my home to replace a broken blower motor, he was very rude to my wife, barging into a slightly opened door and pushing past her into my home. He came a total of 3 times to fix my ac, while my family (wife and two small children) slept on our couch. We had to sleep downstairs for three weeks waiting for this company to fix our ac. I called and requested a senior technician come to my house, and on Just Chillin’s FOURTH visit, he replaced a part and said it would be fine. The ac still did not blow cold air. I had a technician come from a DIFFERENT company, and he explained that instead of replacing the defective motor with a variable speed motor, like they removed, he installed a single speed motor. So my house does not cool. I took four days off of work so Just Chillin could NOT fix my ac. When I called back with this new information, I was told the owner of the company would personally come to my house to fix the issue. But I would need to take ANOTHER day off of work because they refused to come after six pm, when I would be available. I explained to the woman that this wouldn’t work and she became very rude and defensive. They took advantage of my family, and wasted my time and money. If I could give you negative 5 stars I would. This company will never be allowed at my house again. Because all they did was essentially STEAL MY MONEY.

I thought the tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He had my furnace repaired quickly. Found a part that needed to be replaced but needed to be ordered. He’ll have to come back but no extra service charge.
Our furnace/​ac is original 20 years old. Bought house 6 months ago and have AHS.
It was worth the $ 75.
He also quoted us a new unit for a very reasonable price.
People need to understand that old stuff is going to keep breaking and to stop blaming the people trying to fix it.

If you want it done right the 1^st time ‘DO NOT’ call Just Chillin. We paid a $ 75 svc fee 3 times & still the problem exists. (Under Ahs warranty) We Called today to fix the SAME problem & they told us to pay a 4^th svc fee to come fix what already should have been done a year ago. I’m really confused. American home sheild, you should release them. They are giving you a bad name. I am now forced to call a real AC company to fix their problem outside our warranty.

These guys also serviced my unit a few times last sunmer through American home shield. The last time they came I asked the older gentleman how much they would charge for a new central unit. He said about 2300.00 and that would include the airhandler, outside unit and even replacing the line with a larger one that would improve cooling. So, this winter I decided to go ahead and replace the unit. I called thy hem and the tech came out and gave an estimate of 4900.00. I’m not sure what happened to the 2300.00 estimate. And when asked for an itemized quote, they just took the outside unit and airhandler and divided it by 2 showing a equal price for each. What kind if itemization is that? Well I found another company that installed a bigger system with double the warranty for 2800.00. Be sure to shop around before using these guys.
