This particular JJ is really GREAT! I order online even before they open for the day then forget about it. It arrives «PERFECT» more than in time for lunch. Fresh and delicious! Carey the delivery lady; with her «BIG HAPPY» smile is an extra bonus. Customer service and kindness is alive and well at Jimmy John’s on 7^th in Fort Worth.

I thought delivery was supposed to be «freaky fast,» however, it was not. It took 30 mins for a sandwich to be delivered… and I live across the street… it would have taken me less time to walk, order, receive my food, and walk back home. I guess karma for being lazy. And my soda was watered down, I guess they made it right when I placed my order. Will not order from them again.

We eat Jimmy Johns a lot but rarely physically at the restaurant. Their «freaky fast» delivery makes it easy to call for delivery or swing by after work to pick up. The few times I have consumed my sandwich at this location, it’s always been clean, laid-​back, and well-​stocked.
My go to is the BLT with cheese and bar-​be-​que chips. I’ve also ordered the veggie which is delicious, albeit messy. The staff are pretty friendly and jovial, making our sandwich runs pleasant. JJ’s is our main squeeze when it comes to sandwiches.

I can’t say enough good things about the great crew at Jimmy John’s on 7^th St. They are always upbeat, friendly and happy to help. My order has always been correct. They go out of their way to make delicious subs. My turkey tom is always delicious and made perfect. and without mayo.(I really hate mayonnaise). My son likes the Italian sub. They have delivered to my home a mile away in less than 15 minutes from when I ordered. Serious delivery! I always say to the nice delivery driver «how did you get here so fast? I just hung up the phone from ordering!» Carrie and crew are spectacular! Thank you all for everything!

I’m a real creature of habit and when I find something or somewhere I like, I make it part of my routine. The turkey tom is really doing it for me right now. I like the bread and the turkey. I have it 3 times a week. I wish it were $ 5 but the bread makes me feel like I’m in Paris so it’s fine.

Jimmy johns it’s self… amazing!!! I love their food and love their app on my apple phone. This specific store however, not so much! I order from here frequently, as I love the bread, however I can safely assume every time I do, there will be an issue. Here’s some I experienced recently, all on separate occasions:
***My sprite was delivered as soda water, it had no syrup
***I was delivered someone else’s order and they were delivered mine
***I requested my soda with no ice, it was delivered with ice in
***After not receiving my sub in over an hour, I called to cancel. I was told the drivers GPS couldn’t find my address.
***Subs so fast you’ll freak? Not so much :(. My delivery regularly takes 45 mins+ from the time I order.
These are just a few examples. This store is also very poor at ‘making it right.’ When I’ve notified them if some of these issues, they rarely seem to care. They wouldn’t bring me a replacement sprite for the one that was only soda water and when they mixed up the subs, they seemed shocked that I didn’t give them the incorrect ones back, as though they were still going to deliver them to someone else even after I had opened them and touched them.
Please get better management!!!

We ordered 5 – 6 sandwiches from Jimmy Johns Saturday the 30^th of May.
We thought we were ordering from the Camp Bowie location but it turned out to be this location on West 7^th. Going to get this order was a whipping due to how hungry I was at the time. Naturally I went to where I thought we ordered from. No order available. The young man waiting on me took control and called the 7^th Street location to see if that was where the order was placed and it was. GREAT CUSTOMER service I may add. Leaving the Camp Bowie location more irritated due to my hunger and our misguided ordering I headed to the W. 7^th location. I finally arrived at the correct location irritated to the max. NOT anyone’s fault but but my own. The first thing I said upon arrival was «now I know why you don’t deliver, it’s takes forever to get here.»
It wasn’t THAT far. The young man that helped me apologized for my long drive. THAT statement stopped me in my tracks. I immediately said that it wasn’t your fault, it was mine! This young man turned me around with one statement. Hats Off to Jimmy John’s both in store & corporately because it’s obviously their culture. GREAT JOB Jimmy John’s I’ll be back again & again!

I order at Jimmy John frequently, and as a whole company, they’re pretty good but this location always takes 45+ to deliver to my office that’s less than a block away. Not so «speedy».

Not only did they get my order all wrong… they don’t heat any sandwiches!

Oh Jimmy John’s… I have never heard of it until I moved out here to Texas. I frequently order from this place when I’m studying nonstop like a maniac at the UNTHSC Library. They’re the only rare place that delivers your sandwich, chips and cookie without charge, directly to your table on the third floor. I’ve always loved them for this, perfect lightening fast customer service and delivery. Convenience is an understatement. #12 Beach Club is my favorite sandwich but I think that will change from now on after their raw alfalfa sprouts E. coli and Salmonella outbreaks. Eeek.

Fan-​freakin-​tastic sandwiches! Subway what? Quiznos who? Jimmy Johns understands the art of good sandwiches, fast food that taste gourmet, and excellent customer service! Its a sandwich to be seen with!

I was starving and heading home from work today, but nothing whatsoever was appealling to me until I drove past this location and it immediately peaked my interest. I’ve loved Jimmy John’s since the first time I had them upon moving here last year.
Setlled on my usual, the #17 «Ultimate Porker», and added cherry peppers as per the employees recommendation. Its still crazy to me, just how fast they crank these sandwiches out… I hadn’t even paid yet and the sub was made in no time at all. I love their kettle style chips and the fact that they deliver.
Always worth a stop in, and even more than even today– very happy to have stopped in.

Awesome sandwich place. Move over Subway, this place makes thee best sandwiches. And the service is super fast.

JJ’s is easily one of my favorite places for a sandwich. I’ve tried lots of the sandwiches here before, never been disappointed. One thing they are known for is making their sandwiches freaky fast. Typically when I go they will have the sandwich made and ready for you to pick it up at the end of the counter before you even finish paying! The sandwiches don’t come with many toppings standard, but you can have them add «freebies» (onion, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, mayo, sliced cucumber, Dijon mustard, oil & vinegar, and oregano). They also have sandwiches called «Plain Slims» which are just the meat/​cheese on the bread, no toppings… but it is two or three bucks cheaper than the normal sandwiches. The main ingredient that makes the sandwiches as good as they are is the bread… always fresh French bread. They do offer wheat/​multigrain bread, but I have never tired it… French bread is too good. Whenever I go to JJ’s with my gf she always gets a pickle so she can put it on her sandwich (since no pickles offered as topping). The only thing is that the guys there always say it’s against corporate policy to slice the pickle, they can only quarter it into spears. For some reason, whenever she goes by herself she can get the guys to slice the pickles in slices to put on her sandwich (maybe being a good lookin girl by yourself helps haha). The environment is pretty basic, but they do usually have music blasting… rock, hip-​hop, or indie… typically good songs though. If you can appreciate a sandwich with good bread and quality (but limited) ingredients at a reasonable price, Jimmy Johns is for you.

Overall:
Clean, quick sandwiches for those who are around the museum/​art district of Ft. Worth. The prices are fairly reasonable and the bread is quite delicious. A good, quick place to grab lunch if you don’t want to overspend.
Food:
Mmmmm the bread. I’m not joking, the bread is surprisingly tasty. Think Olive Garden Garlic breadsticks in a larger format without the garlic. Then stuff it with a variety of things like traditional cold-​cuts, tuna, surprisingly good roast beef etc. Keep in mind this place isn’t a subway, so they don’t have a «sandwich construction path» or whatever Subway calls it. Still, the vegetables are fresh and are appropriate to the sandwich. Try the Vito, a simple italian coldcuts sandwich with a nice salad dressing. It’s quite healthy, tasty, and at $ 6.97 including a bottle of water, quite a deal.
Service:
Quick and friendly, although most of the workers are preparing catering orders in the background. Pretty easygoing guys and girls
Cost:
Anywhere from high $ 5s to $ 10s depending on what you buy and how much of it you want.
