Best IHOP experience ever! Went for a late breakfast Sunday while visiting my son at TCU and was so impressed with this IHOP! We ordered a create your own omelet with quite a few items and shortly after the mamager came over and told us that if we ordered a different way it would not be so expensive.wow.now THAT never happens!(Did not get his name but thank you!)Our server Kassie was absolutely wonderful and made this farewell breakfast with my son so rememberable. She was sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and for the amount of food my son ate… a great value! Thank you to this IHOP staff… we will definitely be back next time in Fort Worth! :)

I went last night with a friend of mine. The food was fine and the restaurant itself was fine, but the service was horrible. Our waiter was absolutely awful. He had a bad attitude and wouldn’t do simple things like take our order or refill our drinks without us asking after waiting several minutes. He obviously didn’t want to be there as we could see when he went on several breaks just to sit outside in front of the restaurant and play on his phone. He took his breaks on the other side of the window we were sitting next to. It made us feel awkward and uncomfortable. I was honestly envious of other tables who had a waitress that actually did her job. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Awesome location. Very clean. Nice staff. Had to wait 30 min, but that was right after the Zoo Run. Bathrooms are clean, and if they aren’t there’s a switch you can flip to alert staff the bathroom needs to be clean.

This is a wonderful IHOP location with an incredible staff. I stopped in for breakfast one morning and was very pleased at the overall experience. Service was snappy and very efficient. I was on a tight schedule and I let me server know I didn’t want to linger and I was accommodated. My entrée was delivered to my table piping hot and in a very short time.

CLEAN location, GREAT waiter(Eric), decent price, no wait during brunch/lunch. Bacon, white cheddar savory crêpe was very good for a chain restaurant, as well as their strawberries and crème crepes. Should get if considering crepes!

First, we got a small table near the restrooms/kitchen opening so not excited, but I got over it. Our waitress did not seem to know what she was doing do drinks went unfilled, wrong drink order, eggs were not prepared as asked. They didn’t have an item on the sampler. We had to keep catching her to get what we needed. She didn’t check on us much. She didn’t know the menu choices very well either. Not a good experience so may not be back again.

It’s always a treat to come here. Big or small group is not a problem with them. Groupon, coupon name it they will always accommodate it in a whisk. Managers are always pleasant and the servers as well. The food is always fresh and of course I love everything in the menu.

This location is always pretty busy closer to noon on the weekends. So go early if you can or else it might be harder to find parking in the parking lot. The meal is always constant with good old breakfast choices. Our favorites are the different types of omelets, bacon, and pancakes. It’s a great place to have breakfast or brunch on the weekend without breaking the bank.

I can sum it up in one word: Disappointing! Very nice building(from the outside), but not much else. We went in a 7:20 a.m.(Saturday), and there were not many people. We had to wait several minutes to be seated. There were only 3 tables being used, so I began to wonder why it took so long to be seated. I noticed the ceiling fan just to our right had a good layer of dust on it, and I remember thinking, «Boy, I hope they don’t turn it on.» That would not have been a problem, since the waitresses were in the back part of the building towards the kitchen conversing. The food wasn’t that good. The eggs and hash browns were passable at best, the sausage links were dried and the bacon was soggy. I had to get a refill from another waitress. Our waitress left us the check without asking if we needed anything else and only offered me a refill when she saw that I was taking out my card to pay the bill. Don’t waste your time.

This IHOP has consistently good eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. The service is best if you get a table in Nya’s section.

This is classic IHOP. You really can’t go wrong. I wanted to try something from their light menu, so I went for the crepes with fruit and yogurt. It was ok. The crepes were good but they should really up their yogurt game. I had asked for it on the side and it honestly came in a tube. :/All in all, I left full and a little sad. I really should have just thrown away my health conscientiousness and ordered french toast. :P
