I’ve been living here for a few years and there’s a number of reasons why.
When I had sudden car trouble one month and couldn’t quite swing my rent, the office staff worked with me to do a partial payment for half a month until the check from my insurance arrived.
When a burglar was caught breaking into one of the units, the maintenance staff chased them down and got their plate number.
I’ve never had to wait more than a day to have repair work done, and that was only due to a particularly busy day and priority being given to elderly patrons whose ACs had broken in the middle of summer.
The office staff is great and the neighborhood is nice and centrally located to both Fort Worth and Dallas.
