Just moved in here so my review at this point is of limited experience. I will update throughout my experience here. First things first, It’s cheap. Two months free and under 600 month for 800 sqft 1BR. They have some good floor plans and some real funky ones. You have decide what you like. My apartment is right on I-30. It’s a little noisy but can’t really hear it inside. I’d rather look at the highway than a neighbors patio, so it’s okay with me. My first night there my upstairs neighbor broke open her blunt and dropped the tobacco on my patio area. The next day her and her girlfriends were sitting at the bottom of the steps smoking pot. It doesn’t really offend me but keep your mess to yourself. It’s ironic that my friend got turned down from living in this complex for being arrested for possession in the 1990’s but the residents are so opened about smoking in common areas. The place has been remolded in the last few years with new cabinets and appliances. There’s lots of character with built book cases, fire place and sun room. My carpet at move in was matted and old but not awful. Maybe a year or two away from being unusable. The office staff has been friendly throughout my leasing experience. Tasha was very upfront about the pros and cons of the community. I appreciated that type of honest service. If there is truly off the bat negative about this place it is the cable service. I had U verse before but they couldn’t make it work in this complex. No satellites are allowed so the only other company you can use is the Ygnition, which the complex has an exclusive agreement with. It cost $ 70 – 110 in non refundable fees to start and it is a high jacked signal from Dish Network. My package is $ 114 a month for TV alone. No real good options here. The hot water is shared. It’s just hot enough for a shower but nothing more. I’m struggling between a 3 and 4 rating. i will go with 4 for now.
