their customer service is terrible. we walk in with questions and the guy gets a smart ass attitude. and when we walk out i hear him say a smart ass comment. and the whole team laughs. they need to retrain these boys(because thats what they should be called since they want to act childish) or better hire some real grown people with amazing customer service experience. I will not be returning to that store anymore ill make my drive to different locations than this place.

My boyfriend and I went into this store yesterday in order to trade in our old iPhone 5s’ for iPhone 6s’. We knew what we wanted and we knew what we did not want. It was very annoying that almost the entire store team tries to up sell you. I had already expressed the fact that I am not interested in the janky insurance that Verizon offers and I do not want to pay $ 200 for one phone case and a car charger. I guess they didn’t like the fact that I was only interested in literally just purchasing the new phones NO accessories because a couple of the team members were belittling us for that fact. I may look young but you definitely won’t rip me off because I know how to calculate in my head what a good deal is and what isn’t. My boyfriend and I will definitely not return to this store because of this experience. We should not have to repeat the fact that we don’t want a product 5 times for you to stop offering it to us. After the transaction finally ended, we happily walked across the street to Best Buy for our accessories and spent half as much money. Good day sir!

I went into this store on a whim. The customer service was fantastic, but I guess everything has its trade offs. I came in because I saw Verizon was running a promo on the phone I planned on getting. They were able to help me with that and filled out all the rebate paperwork I needed and I left with a new phone. They also told me I could get 25% off accessories from their store for life so that I might as well get them there. After feeling pressured into getting two phone cases(they’re phone cases for goodness sakes), I paid for my transaction and left. They had never told me all along how much everything was until I was ready to give them my card. Upon review of the receipt, I had been charged $ 79.99 for GoWireless Choice something or other and what I found in the bag is a package with a screen cleaning cloth and a list of benefits I was now entitled to, including the«25% off accessories» deal! Another benefit that I had unknowingly paid for was a $ 50 accessory credit, which was indeed applied to my transaction. So in the end, I had really saved no money at all. On top of that, they installed a $ 30 screen protector on my new phone that I never even asked for. All in all, they’re good at the selling part of their jobs, and quite sneaky at that. I felt like I was about to purchase a new car or something. I didn’t go back into the store because I honestly didn’t want to deal with the guys anymore. I’ve learned my lesson! My recommendation: go t the actual Verizon store. I come out with something free every time I go there and I’ve never been pressured into buying anything.

Although the customer service was great, I was told that my bill would go down by $ 70. When the bill came it actually had gone up by $ 70. I will never trust this store or Verizon and you shouldn’t either.
