Not impressed. I was referred to this store by a friend who suggested it as a good source for a cheap phone for my grandson. First, their selection was small, and since I wanted only a basic phone, smaller still. I was looking for a sprint compatible phone, and was told there were zero sprint phones a this location. Within a minute or two my grandson and I quickly turned up two sprint compatible phones, one exactly the brand and make I had in my pocket! Not very knowledgable about the product in their own store. Two other negative factors: I felt the phones were far too expensive for their condition, they all look really beaten up but were $ 30-$ 40 each(you can buy a brand new phone on ebay if you don’t mind waiting a few days for $ 80 or so). And, the guy working at the store followed us around like a hungry hawk looking for a meal. Even my wife commented on it… don’t know if we didn’t look like legit customers or not, or if they have a lot of shrinkage in the store, but it was uncomfortable, and we left without buying anything. I may give them a shot at buying back some junky old phones of ours(well, I thought they were junky, looking at their collection they would be the cream of the crop if we brought them to Yakkity Yak), but otherwise we won’t be back.

Had a great experience here following the shattering of my iPhone 5c… Which might qualify as the biggest bummer ever /day killer … They got me in same day it was done within an hour… My home button was a little crooked when I got it back but I took it back up there and they fixed it in less than 15 min… My phone is perfect again ;) I will definitely go back if I have the misfortune of shattering my phone again… ;)

These guys are AWESOME! My experience was great and the staff here is very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a problem with my charging port and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. They were giving away free headphones with any repair, so that was a really nice surprise. I highly recommend this business! I even went back and purchased an otter box with the check in discount! Very happy customer!!!

Great place to get your iPhone fixed. Brought my girls broken glass on her iPhone and they fixed it within an hour. Runs about $ 70. Check em out and their accessories. They also buy old phones. It’s besides Albertsons

Disappointed and don’t bother to waste your time, effort and gas to repair your iPad. Based on my four visits I both places, the Onsite Repair is inexpensive, one hour job turn and much professional than this one. Called again but so far I received no response, no call back, no full refund and absolutely no follow up actions as advertised. Respectfully disagree with you Peter, your idea is good but execution is terribly poor. For your information, not once had anyone from your store mentioned about the end impact of your procedure that the iPad skin would be permanently damaged in order to fit the glass screen.

5 Stars! for great customer service from Antoine Moore! I came here to play with a Galaxy Note II but it wasn’t available… So I had a few questions about my iphone… Antonie was super helpful, fixed my iphone in less than 5 minutes and I was very happy with the service. Come here if you want to trust someone to do the job right. He even cleaned my camera lens for a great deal.

I’ve only had experience selling my old phones to them. We upgraded and combined contracts over a year ago & the husband started having issues with his phone after the warranty was out. We’re coming up for another upgrade and still had our previous phones so we decided to take those up to make some money to put tword upgrading at least his phone. We took 4 phones in and made 30 bucks, not much but something back is better than nothing back on phones you won’t use anymore, plus none were smart phones and all older models.(Plus they are a Verizon store, but take all cell companies.) I’m not a big online seller so I’m sure if & when I was going to upgrade my phone again I’ll go to them to sell my old one because then I know its going to be wiped unless I end up just letting it become an ipod touch for the kiddo.
