Both times we’ve been it’s a quick check in and the office staff is courteous and has answered all if my questions. We are seeing Dr. Anne Ranelle, she is very efficient and answered all questions as did her staff. She was polite and was very sweet to my 6 year old daughter.
The biggest draw back and the reason they didn’t receive more stars is the wait time it’s ridiculous. We got here 30 minutes for our last appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to see anyone, combine for an hour wait. Also I was uniformed on our first visit that she would need to have her eyes dilated. What was supposed to be a quick initial visit it turned into a 3 and a half hour visit, this was including the time to dilated and see the doctor.
The wait between seeing the technician and the doctor is about 20 minutes.
