Pollo semicrudos salsas rasionadas servicio regular para mi no se merecen estrellas pero la valoracion menor es de una estrella pero para mi ni eso se merecen… más por que yo conozco de comida mexicana y esta para lo personal no se merece volver ahí

I stopped in for lunch and it was OK. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. The chicken was a bit bland for my taste. Thank goodness they had the salsa bar to spice things up. I’ll stop in again to give the location another try.

I’m so addicted and pick up dinner 3 times a week from this place! The location on Lancaster, SUCKS! They’re always out of something, or the chicken is undercooked. NOT at this location! Always delicious! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars, is because customer service is a (3 star) at best. But, the food is so good, I still go and deal with the attitude.

I read the reviews and since I was in the neighborhood, I thought I’d try it.
I ordered the half chicken. Personally, I found it bland. It was overcooked and the meat dry. I ate around 11:30 am. When was it cooked, the night before?
The chicken came with a cooked medium size whole onion. There was no taste to it. The rice had a reddish tint, but I could not see any visible seasoning. The bean broth tasted like dishwater.
Some may find it a good value, but I would have enjoyed lunch more if I went to a local fast food burger joint. I won’t be back.

This place is amazing! I can’t believe it’s not one of the top chicken places in Texas because it is PHENOMENAL. If it wasn’t for my brother having eaten here before with his friends, I would never have known about it. It’s in the ghetto and for anyone looking for a place to eat I would be surprised if they were like, ‘hey let’s check this place out’. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against hole in the wall places, but I’ve never been to any of their locations. My brother has just brought me food from them and let me tell you, YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF SOME!
We always get the whole chicken. It comes with tortillas, limes, hot sauce, and a whole grilled onion. What more could you want? Absolutely nothing cause I don’t know what else they offer haha and I am not in the least bit curious because of how good my normal order is. The order mentioned above is at a good price, as it serves many meals… but I don’t recall what my brother told me this order was priced at.
So to conclude, GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!!!

I love El Pollo Regio best tasting fast food in the world. Really can’t even call it fast food. I get the ½ chicken every time, been wanting to try the Mexican plates but the chicken be calling me mane
