Friendly staff is the only redeeming quality of this place. This place is a clothes-only goodwill with the prices of a target. Do not waste your time here unless you are shopping with your divorced aunt and she needs to spend some shopping, because she will end up chatting with the person at the register, and you won’t have to buy anything.

I decided to use try consignment rather than donating my clothes, which were current styles from places like J. Crew, Anthropologie, Ann Taylor, etc. At first I said I would donate what was not sold. Two weeks before the consignment was up, I was asked by someone if I would give them to another worthy cause and I called to say I would pick the clothes up. I was told I cold pick them up on Friday, which happened to be the last day of my consignment period(in which case, the clothes should have been for sale up to that day). I got there and they told me they had entered 28 pieces to be sold and sold 7. I had literally taken in at least 100 pieces. On top of that, they didn’t have the left-over pieces for me. After several other calls and visits, I got 9 articles back, which still left 12 articles of clothing unaccounted for, according to their own computer. I have no idea where the other clothes are(about 84 pieces), but I certainly have my suspicions. To add insult to injury, I will not be able to claim donated clothes on my tax return. Do not trust these people!
