Burlington Coat Factory

I’m a fan of this establishment. I say that with caution lest I give the impression of a man standing there waiting for them to open their doors. I see them asca middle of the road retailer.
My favorite location has to be in the St. Louis mills mall. The reason is the place isn’t as dated and being a black man they have fashion I like. This location had some things but I wouldn’t drive hulen st across town for it.
I mean it’s Burlington and they sell clothes for everyone, shoes, housewares etc. You know primarily what you get here, selection varies on location obviously. I was able to find about half of what I needed today. I got to the register and saw a ghiradelli candy bar & had to get it. The lady at the register was not all smiles but I hope her job gets better.
My other items checked out fine but the candy bar was older than Mr. Rogers sweater. Seriously how does caramel ooze out of the chocolate bar it’s in leaving hollow holes. It looked like playdough had been formed into candy.
Alright place and may have something you like just don’t expect the top notch items.

This is one of the decent Burlington’s. My top favorite is off Rufe Snow in N.R.H. but this store on Hulen comes in second. Very friendly employees.

This place is NOT full of coats! LOL I like coming here because you can get some real good deals. I bought some Reebok workout pants originally $ 54 for $ 16.99! Also, other than clothing they hace a GREAT purse and home décor sections. I bought a Steve Madden for $ 48 originally $ 110. They have Michael Kors, BeBe, and other designers. I would recommend to someone on a budget! The brands of clothing are worth the time.

I had no idea this place had more than coats! LOL. I was happy to find housewares, clothes, shoes and random odds and ends. I had fun browsing while the boyfriend shopped for a coat. Even though they had some cute things, I only left with a yankee candle. I’ll be back to browse the bedding and appliances around the holidays. They look like they can have some good deals if you don’t mind searching.

This store is one that you can always find something. I went in looking for some africentric art and statues. Normally, they have great pieces and prices but on this day I didn’t find anything of that nature but I did find some nice bangles and earrings by Kenneth Cole for $ 5.99 ea along with down comfort pillows by Ralph Lauren at $ 9.99. As I said earlier you can always find something at Burlington. Well, I guess those pillows that I paid more for at another high end store will be going back! Glad I made the stop in on this day.
