everytime i say no mayo instead mustard, everytime they put mayo. customers check your orders before you drive off, they cant get right

This review is mostly based on this location being pretty new. The cashier had an issue with listening and taking our order correctly. Also when the order was done incorrectly, another employee becomes confrontational. It issue was resolved, but could have been conducted better.

The burgers from this Burger King location aren’t as bad as the one in Benbrook, but they’re not that great either. The same goes for the staff. Mind you, I think Burger King burgers are pretty awesome for fast food, but that varies by location and this one is just only in the middle.

Long wait at drive-thru. Waited for almost 20 minutes for a salad and a kids meal. When asked about the delay, they just said«Have a nice day». Food tasted good, but the wait time is unacceptable. Not coming back here.

Terrible service, wasn’t the cashier’s fault. There was a new girl working and they had her getting orders ready, big mistake. Don’t hand out food that was the same as ours to people way after us. By the time the kids got their food everything was cold because she let it set on the counter because 1 chicken sandwich wasn’t ready because she handed it out to the people after us. The manager of the place was too much of a coward to come handle the situation, instead the cashier handled it(which she was great). They should have got the new girl off of bagging orders, because she was screwing everyone’s order up and people were having to wait way too long. I waited 10min before I went up there, and the cashier got right on it to see what was the hold up. The cashier did make it right by offering us dessert(whatever we wanted). If it wasn’t for her I probably would never be back to this establishment.

Service is terrible! Long lines to order plus you have to deal with the soft drink machine,(floor always sticky next to drink machine) I been here 4 times since they opened and its always dirty(tables, floors, trash cans full etc). Why I keep coming back? Whopper!

If you have been to one, you’ve been to them all. I like Burger King because they have veggie burgers, which is nice, I wish more fast food places had vegetarian options like that! ps– extra pickles doesn’t mean 2 measly pickles Burger King!

I’m happy to see Burger King back in the area. Years ago, almost every BK in Fort Worth closed for some reason, and the closest ones were the one in Benbrook and the zoo, so it’s nice to have a BK just a couple minutes away from home. I went there twice, and had a good experience there each visit. My 1st visit, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Texas Double Whopper meal. The drive thru was slow, but my food was ready and bagged as soon as I pulled up, and the burger was excellent, but the fries were just ok. My 2nd visit, I ordered a Tendergrill sandwich and drink. There was a lady who was ordering and taking forever. She took so long that one guy in line in front of me left. They have 2 registers, so I don’t see why they can’t open the other one. I like the Coke machine there. It’s a touchscreen that lets you choose your drink, then choose the flavor. I’ve seen a Coke machine just like it at Fuddrucker’s, and think it’s an awesome machine. I think every restaurant should have one. Overall, it’s not that bad. They opened not too long ago, so give them time. I’m sure things will get better. I just wish they would open both registers instead of having just 1 register open, and that the drive thru were faster

Horrible management. They just opened and ran out of Whoppers. What!!! Then they say nothing and let you stand in line or 10 minutes. People waiting for food had no idea. 10+ cars in drive thru line haut wasting their time. Most of the employees seemed to have no idea what to do. It was literally the worst restaurant experience I’ve seen.

My wife and I each got a whopper with cheese and the buns were hard and dry. Probably the worst whopper I have had. Their new so hopefully they will improve.

hmmm kinda sad to see this place suck this bad. hopefully they will get this right next time in a week or two but i came in on a Thursday night and what looked to be a simple place to grab a bite to eat was big waste of time and we should of just ate at home instead. it took 17mins waiting inline and we were the 3rd person in line and it took another 35mins for the food to arrive and then we had to wait another 7mins because they screwed up our order. but they did give us some pies but the wait time was stupid and who ever manages that place or at least that night should of been terminated for poor management skills. it wasnt for lack of employee’s because at least 7 employee’s were working and only one person running the register while the other girl just stood around at the front counter and didnt do nothing. was it a pc problem? dont know but they should of comfort the customers that the register was down and they should of removed the employee from the front and had her do something else. they have this terrible coke machine that has too many multiple options to choose for a drink and had people waiting in line even more. why just one coke machine? thats a stupid idea and they should get rid of it and stick with the old style of multple dispensers. they should of been ready for this being on the second day of its opening but ive seen some places with issues but for a fast food place like this and starting off at a bad note well thats no excuse. but will i return? hell yeah i love burger king i just hope it doesnt close down like he one that was on hulen before. it took 40mins for a group of 7 people to get food but it took 30mins for just one guy to get his food? thats terrible. but we all agreed that we will come back after a week or so to see how things go.
