Highly disappointed!!! Craved their chicken tortilla soup so went to get it even though I really didn’t wanna drive or go anywhere. Got home 10 mins later, the rotisserie chicken was old and cold, the chicken soup was also super old and they forgot the cheese. AND they didn’t even bother to give me my side. This isn’t the first time, I’m sick of this location honestly, URG!!!

Okay, so this was the first time in years that I dined Boston Market. I had ½ chicken, sweet potatoes, and green beans, and cornbread. It was in a word… AWESOME!

This place was a disappointment. Meat loaf dry Mashed potatoes crunchy. Chicken was so dry and I bought a half. Manager said the reason was because of there of there ovens. I almost died laughing. Brings me back a leg to make up for my half of chicken. For 38 dollars I rather go to anywhere but here.

the best chicken ceasar salad of any fast food place! A lot of good choices on the menu like the market bowls, the soups, and desserts. A nice option for a quick meal!

The food is good just like at any other boston market. I’ve been here about 6 times and twice they did not have any meatloaf but their service is still good.

We tried to call ahead and place a dinner order to pick up and take home, but despite calling several times, no one answered. When we walked in, no one greeted us, no one acknowledged we were there. There was a girl working behind the counter on something and we stood there waiting for at least 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally, another girl yelled at her to take our order. She sullenly walked over and then just stood there. Didn’t ask what we wanted or how she could help us. I spoke up and asked if their phone was out of order, that I had tried to call just a bit ago. I got no answer. She didn’t acknowledge that I had even spoken. So we ordered and she began assembling our order. We ordered large sides and when I saw the containers she was using I thought maybe she hadn’t heard me clearly(the containers were very small). When I said so, she looked at the other employee working there and they both rolled their eyes. She finally said«This is the large», as if it were beneath her to answer my question. If it weren’t for the fact that I didn’t have time to go elsewhere, I would’ve walked out. I’ve never had such an experience at a restaurant. Rude and disrespectful seems to be the rule there. To top it off, we got home and our food was cold.

When I arrived manager was grilling a female employee about something with the register and then mocked her about being on the verge of tears. Jerk. Ordered a chicken pot pie just as they where selling their last through drive threw. Was made a fresh pot pie :) Love the options of healthy side eating! Gentleman I was with ordered ribs on a rack and nothing special about them. Something you could make yourself. Gentleman paid so no prices. I mentioned Unilocaling and jerk manager gave us free large drinks. They have that cool soda drink think you can add vanilla, cherry and any flavor of any soda you want. Also nothing healthy to drink besides water.

I’ve been here twice and the food is super good! I prefer the half chicken over the ribs because the ribs are too sweet. Mac and cheese is a must have!

I’ve been here twice now, and both times they have been super disappointing. The first time they gave me some super old chicken quarters when I ordered a whole rotisserie chicken. Half of the skin was missing, and that’s the best freaking part! It tasted like it had been sitting around all day, and I’m guessing it probably had. I gave them a pass that time, because it was semi-close to closing. It was our own fault, we had a long day. We don’t usually go to places within an hour of them closing down for the day. The second time we had the same experience. They gave us old chicken quarters rather than a whole rotisserie chicken like we ordered. This time, at least the skin was on, but they still tasted old and not fresh at all… This time, though, they did the worst thing they could have possibly done… They gave us BURNT cornbread!!! You cook the came cornbread in the same oven … How do you mess that up??? I doubt I will go back again, but if I do I will definitely ask for the whole chicken rather than pre-cut pieces that I didn’t order. Honestly, I’ll probably just drive down to the Keller location. Their food is too expensive for such sub-par quality.

I have not been to B.M. Is some time I did not like there chicken, but after trying some frozen dinners that were really good I thought I would give it one more try, I am glad I did the turkey dinner was better than the tv dinner. It is a little pricey 11.00 for lunch, but I am full an not over stuffed. I will be back
