If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a joke. After 3 months of booking and canceling I finally gave up. They only communicate via email and they WILL tell you the night before some lame excuse as to why they cannot come. I think its a scam since they already have my money and have no intention of cleaning. They also WILLNOT refund money. Stay away from these guys.

I also purchased the Living Social deal and they have given me the run-around so many times, I have lost count. My most recent appointment was on Friday, June 14. I took a 2nd vacation day, as they cancelled the night before on my first scheduled appointment. Low and behold — a no show entirely on June 14! I emailed them numerous times throughout the day and no response until late Friday night. They apologized profusely and said I could get $ 100 on my NEXT scheduled cleaning — post Living Social deal. WHAT!!! Unbelievable and so unprofessional. I have written a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have contacted me saying AYS Housekeeping does not exist. Living Social has been very uncooperative and it is amazing that they still do business with AYS. STAYAWAY!!!

Very similar to what happened to me including the time frame of 0745 – 0830,nobody showed up and i was even called a liar, and hang up the phone on me repeatedly ! what a scam!

DONOTUSE, DONOTUSE! I needed a cleaning service for guests staying at my home for South by Southwest in Austin, TX on March 7th. After multiple calls and emails starting on March 1st, finally on March 4thAYS was able to confirm an appointment on March 18th. Must later than I needed, but I accepted and upgraded to another package for $ 60 additional. I received a confirmation email for that appointment. ON March 18th the day of my appointment they informed me that it was an office inservice and no one would be able to clean that day after all. It was rescheduled to their next available appointment on March 27th. MUCH later than I need, but they offered $ 100 of my next appointment so I accepted. I received a confirmation email for the new appointment. On March 25th&26th I email twice and called to confirm my appointment. No one responded, but I assume it is still confirmed from the email confirmation sent on March 18th. ON March 27th, I left work and am waiting for the cleaning service. No one arrives. I call and email and no one will answer. I wait and wait and call and email again and again. Someone from costumer service calls and apologizes that they were overwhelmed with the 2,000 appointments sold and someone had scheduled my appointment wrong. I gave them another chance, since I have already paid and am just hopelessly wanting this deep clean service at such a low price. I scheduled a FOURTH appointment with them over the phone for April 9th. I received an email for this appointment. On April 8th I email twice and call to confirm my appointment. No one responds. I assume it is still confirmed from the email confirmation sent on March 27th. ON April 9th, the same exact thing happened to me that did on March 27th. I went home from work, but no one showed up, no one contacted me no one would return my calls or emails. When I finally got a hold of someone we rescheduled the appointment of Saturday April 13th at 8am. They told me that my house was outside the limit and could not make it at that time, even though they have known my address since March 1st. Each appointment I would set for their next available, and would work my schedule around it. Friday I knew I had to work a benefit until 2:00am, but scheduled the earlier appointment anyway, because I was just ready to be finished with the company and have the cleaning completed. ON April 13th at 8:00am I rush home from my hotel and am waiting to leave town until someone arrives. No one comes, I email and call, but no response. I have still not received a response for why no one came on Saturday morning. So I have now made 5 appointments and have wasted countless amount of time with this company. It was an ongoing joke with my roommate on if they would show up, but now I am exhausted and would just like my money back.
