Once you adjust to the Aldi experience(bring your own bags, cash or debit card and a quarter for the shopping cart deposit), you will LOVE this place. The store is small enough to get in and out in 15 minutes with all your staples at dramatically low prices. What makes it fun is the frequently changing offerings of gourmet treats and household items(at bargain prices). Quality food, clean store, pleasant cashiers(unlike the overworked and underpaid big box store) and a basket full of groceries for $$.

Okay today was the first time that I’ve ever been inside of an Aldi. My mother really likes Aldi’s, so I wanted to give it a try. It is a different type of atmosphere than I thought it would be. The entire place is very cheap items that are stacked up on crates on crates. The items are name brand and the items themself aren’t cheap in quality. I only went in because I forgot one thing on my trip to walmart. So I wanted to go somewhere fast to grab some sour cream. It took me a while to find it inside they’re cooler section. They only offer one brand of certain dairy products and that is there friendly farms brand. I tried it tonight at dinner and it doesn’t taste bad. I probably will go back and check out Aldi again. I hear that they have a very good produce section.
