I gave 2 stars mainly because the pharmacy-they are slow rude and unhappy! Will be switching pharmacies

I’ve only been here once and that was to pick up an site to Store item. The worker who assisted me was polite(even greeted me with a smile!) and got my order to me quickly. Pretty much like any other super walmart, crowded and busy. Only complaint would be the packaging of the item as part of the box was torn and dirty.

Asst. Mgr: CHRIS I enter walmart with the sole intention of getting water balloons for my kids on a boring sunday. I went straight to toys and couldn’t find them so I ask an employee, she says clearance cart near the front. Okay, so I made my way to the front and asked another employee who was on her phone texting or facebooking. She looked up and said the same thing, clearance cart near the front. I made my way to the front and asked what looked to be an assistant manager. This is the saga of Chris: Chris, the assistant manager(who on earth would give this man that position is beyond me) was plugging away at his touchscreen inventory device. I asked him where I could find waterballoons and without looking up he says ‘near the self checkout’. He was 20 feet away and couldn’t show me, let alone look up from what he was doing. I went to these clearance carts, couldn’t find any. Went back to Chris and said, show me where they are. He then went to the carts and said they must be all sold out. I told him ‘I’ve had three people point fingers who weren’t doing anything important, not one of them could show me where they were(or werent)’. Did Chris apologize? Did he give me a recommendation to a store that might carry some? No and no. He said nothing and walked away. Walmart and Chris(about 6’2″ somewhat heavy with a beard in case there are more than one chris), you are the perfect example of poor customer service. I respect the fact that most of you work minimum wage, but I work as well, for an organization that’s getting hit hard in this era. So while you are working hard, respect the other working men and women in society. Chris, you don’t make minimum wage and still provided the worst example of customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. Improve customer employee interaction training Wal Mart. It’s embarrassing when it’s needed most.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been in. Dirty, only one lane open, and its line is backed up by like 10 people. And the cashiers are snotty!

Very nice Wal-Mart! Their produce section is much better than most Wal-Marts I’ve seen. The customer service is very friendly and has a small town feel to it. This is a nice location too. I would recommend this one!

Poorly managed. Very often there is insufficient staffing to handle the customer checkout in a timely manner. It is not uncommon to wait 30 minutes at the register line.
