I visited Pizza Forum last week and found our visit less than inspiring. We are regular guests and that alone would be testimony to our satisfaction.. . normally. The bread sticks were lacking in their generous, famous, garlic butter sauce. The FIRST small cheese pizza came out with black crust with the explanation«I timed it wrong». My young children would require a «redo» on this error. Although he left this mistake, which went from a 9 inch to a 6 inch with the crust removed, the 2nd pizza was nearly a repeat offense. I was told when my sandwich arrived, which includes a pickle and chips, «yeah…we ran out of chips around 2pm today. Crazy huh?» Yes, crazy considering you are surrounded by places to purchase chips until your next truck arrives. Seriously? Chips are a nice addition and are included in the price of this sandwich but are not the end of the world if I don’t eat chips. It’s the principle. Don’t tell a guest you have been out of chips for over 5 hours and have done nothing about it. To top it off, you have a delivery driver out and about– grab a bag. Or it’s dead in here, go across the parking lot or send the server, who we never saw again after I said something to her. I had to go to the counter for water refills and a to go box; oh, another table arrived. The upside? My sandwich was awesome as always and the tossed salad lettuce was fresh and crisp! Am sad as I believe we have«broken up» with the Forum. Based strictly on the poor handling(perhaps offer a credit or discount, which a guest should never have to pander for) or lack of creative excuses.

Stopped in before a Komets game. Screaming child named Paisley running around. Split an XL mushroom pizza(party of 4). We also had the French loaf garlic bread. Pizza needed cooked a bit more, gave me some killer acid reflux later, but it was decent. Too much stuff on the table: sticky crushed red pepper, some reading material, salt, pepper, and a plant. A big ‘ol pant. No Parmesan in sight. They just switched over from Pepsi products to Coke, which makes me happy, but not the folks who want Mountain Dew and order pointing off the menu or the giant Pepsi posters. Not a big deal. Location is good, but a bit of a pain to get to. We had a coupon for 50% off a pizza or up to $ 5. Hmmmm… don’t know how that makes sense. So out $ 18 pizza was more like $ 13. Wouldn’t ever willingly pay $ 18.

Used to be super. Not sure when new ownership took over, but I visited yesterday afternoon for the first time in a long time and I was extremely disappointed. The food was not as good as before. Some of the lettuce on my salad was brown. Not fresh like it was previously. The icing on the cake was MOLD in the Parmesan cheese shaker. The server took it to the back, and I saw the owner emptying all of the shakers to refill. Must not be something they do on a regular basis. No sorry from the owner at all. Disappointed. I probably won’t return.

Tried this place today for lunch based on reviews here and it was great! We ordered the breadsticks and a medium pizza and it was perfect! Very cool atmosphere and very family friendly. You can see them hand tossing the dough and making everything fresh! This place truly stands out from the rest! I am traveling from out of town and I will make sure to eat here again when I come back!

The pizza is AMAZING! Different from any pizza you’ve ever had, and their breadsticks are so awesome. My family eats here all of the time. The people are friendly, and the service is fairly fast. Highly recommend!
