I have never been so frustrated in my life. I ordered a pizza and cheese stick at 12:00!!! And it’s 1:40 am and they are now pulling in my drive way. I am too tired for this shit worst experience ever. And when I called to ask when my pizza was arriving. They put me on hold 3 times and hung up on me… Let’s just I’m super pissed. Then, we called and asked about the service and they said that they don’t care cause they won’t get fired and that we’re super busy. They close at 1:00 am but that’s none of my business

Ordered a pizza online and since I needed to run an errand, I wanted to save the delivery fee and pick it up. Come to find out the price was more to pick it up! When asked why? The Clerk obviously did not know why and use the excuse «Wacky Wednesday» stating the discount only applied to Wednesday. Nowhere online or on the poster did it state the Wednesday requirement and he would not honor the on-​line price. I hardly ever eat out or order pizza and thought I would give Papa John’s a try; never again. Horrible experience, bland tasting pizza and poor customer service.

I have never been a real fan of papa johns pizza in the past, but I’ve always loved their breadsticks and cheese sauce so I give in and order from here every once in awhile. We gave this location a try and I have to say, they must do something different because their pizza hit the mark with me. They bake it for just the right amount of time so the cheese melts just right. This is my new go to pizza place. Love the breadsticks!
