Really disappointed with their automatic withdrawal scam. When I purchased the unlimited plan, I thought it was one transaction — good for one month. Didn’t know they still had their tentacles in my bank account until a month later. The honest thing would have been to explain the arrangement at the time of purchase — or even a couple of weeks later when I asked how long I had until my plan expired. The way I posed the question implied that I was clueless about the automatic renewal.
Of course, I discovered the deception on Saturday. I won’t be able to speak with anyone about a refund until Monday. It remains to be seen whether Mike’s is an honorable business.
*So, I called on Monday. They had no problem «terminating» the arrangement. They refunded the payment at the same time. They sent me a confirmation email almost just as soon as we got off the phone. It would appear that Mike’s Carwash is an honorable business.

Best car wash ever.
Hot hot hot soapy soapy soapy water and soft brushes clean and super strong dryers blow dry.
We always wait and purchase the buy 4 get 2 free booklets, as they offer that deal a few times of the year (Christmas, fathers day, and perhaps a few other times).
Love that there are locations throughout Indiana and the quality in each have all been sooooooooo güt.

After driving +3000 miles from California, our beautiful car had a 5 o’clock shadow of bug guts, trail dust and god-​knows-​what on the windshield.
And we’re cheap, so we opted for the lowest price of an $ 8 wash, crossing our fingers that some of the gunk would be removed.
The guys were really nice and didn’t try to up-​sell us on a heavier wash even though we could tell by their faces they thought we’d never put water to our car before. Embarrassment aside, we handed over $ 8 and put it in neutral.
Two workers really pre-​sprayed the front grill, windshield and wheels.
The automatic spray jets and rollers had some serious power to them. Geezus – you don’t get washes like this for twice the price in SoCal!
Our car looked brand new when we left. So happy.
Thanks guys, you washed the humiliation right off our beloved crossover.
