GREAT customer service.
I won’t go into detail on exactly how they went above and beyond in their customer service (I don’t want to put the guy in a tough spot by having people expecting to have the same favor offered that was offered to me) but suffice it to say that when it comes to customer service, I’m pretty picky. But my experience here was one that will definitely bring me back next time.
I’m sorry for being so vague but being in sales myself, I know that sometimes things work out that you can really make someones day. Unfortunately this isnt everyday so I just don’t want to set improper expectations.
