Top tier breakfast, the applewood sausage is made on site and a must try. The best cup of coffee on the treasure coast! Food is fresh and hot. Courteous service and a ton of goodies to buy. Old fashioned candy I haven’t seen in decades.

This is such a cute store! They sell stuff that you can eat mixed up with items that you can purchase and the atmosphere is so casual and friendly and inviting. It’s a very small store and you can mix and match your own six packs of anything including beer and unusual sodas and they have all kinds of weird stuff there that you wouldn’t ordinarily find anywhere else. The people there were awesome they had a great attitude and extremely helpful and I really learned a lot. What a great place!

Nice little store w/a pretty good selection of beer 6 packs. You can build your own as well. Old timey soda and candies are available as well. There’s a few café style foods available but we had just stopped to pick up drinks. Friendly staff. Here’s the part where if the following offends you, it may be time to lose some weight. If you are a larger fella, you definitely won’t be able to navigate the aisles. I see this as win-win actually.

Super friendly staff, amazing food. Fresh and unique, they have Japanese specials that are to die for! Natural sugar sodas, and a great craft beer selection… Need I say more? This is my new favorite place for breakfast, lunch. EVERYTHING!

Spent 30 minutes looking around still don’t think I took in all the cute. Food is very well made and nicely priced for the quality. We had a burrito and a panini, both were small but that’s just fine. The beer selection is pretty amazing, it is $ 10.97 for a mix and match six pack, I think that applies eat in or tak out, which is awesome. Just a great place in a cool old building.

My wife and I arrived there around 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. The establishment is quaint. There was no seating available inside due to other customers, so we sat out front and had a cup of coffee served to us after my wife told the waiter we were limited on time(our son was in a Special Olympics event) as we looked over the menu, and we sat, and we sat. The waiter finally came over, by which time we had to leave — so we got the check for about $ 5 for two cups of coffee, left a tip as well as leaving hungry. So my review is entirely on service, however they got us the check real quick.

Wonderful coffee, great breakfast and the most interesting collection of beverages for purchase in the store(craft/specialty beers; wine). I have always wanted a panini for here but I’m never in the area. I suggest trying them as the quality of food here is great. A little insider secret I learned this morning the make their own croissants. Mmm

Adorable place. Was told about this gem by a neighbor. I heard their muffins are to die for! We went in after the farmers market and my honey fell in love with the beer selection for under $ 11 we bought a six pack, variety pack including Chili beer, Irish and even one made with a nitrous process. We can’t wait to get home to try. They also have a great soda collection and good hot sauce collection. We also had breakfast while there; one server, small place, nothing fancy but good quality. Honey had the Italian scramble with a croissant(made fresh) and Natalies orange juice I had coffee and a quiche in a puff pasty. Very good, total was $ 16. We can’t wait to go back to enjoy a cold beer on a nice afternoon as they have some refrigerated. They also serve lunch! I will be returning because this place has a ton of personality! Please support this local spot!

P. P. Cobb’s, established in 1882, has an incredible selection! You’ll have to check out the information on their website because you’ll never have the time to figure it out when you’re there. The most extensive products are olde fashioned sodas(cream sodas, root beers, ginger ales, etc.) and craft beers. The beers are truly non-traditional. There are flavors like passion fruit, pomegranate, watermelon, orange blossom, raspberry, and blueberry. Even the Pabst Blue Ribbon comes in glass bottles! You can mix and match beer to make 6-packs. There are other items on the shelves. Wine(key lime, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, etc.), salad dressing(key lime, mango, orange, etc.), hot sauce, barbecue sauce(papaya, mango, etc.), raw honey, etc. There are also menu items, though they are limited after 5:00PM. Those include sandwiches, paninis, wraps, croissants, bagels, soups, salads(couscous, edamame, hijiki, etc.), quiches, etc. To drink, there are smoothies, ice cream shakes, root beer floats, coffee, iced and hot tea, etc. WHAT I’VETRIEDTHERE: Vegetarian panini and green tea mochi ice cream. Not your traditional combo, which really speaks to the variety of choices!

My mother suggested that I try PP Cobb while I was visiting South Florida last week. She had lunch with some of her colleagues and was so happy with her experience that I went in about an hour later. Upon entering, I was greeted by Nancy who showed me the deli menu and took my sandwich order. While I waited on my lunch to be wrapped up to go, I browsed the beer selection, which takes up most of the store’s space. I was blown away by the vast variety of beer that they have here! I was surprised to see beers like Magic Hat and Shock Top in the land of Bud Bud and Bud — nice job PP Cobb! Here, you can mix and match to make your own six pack to get a great sampling of beers. An excellent idea for those trying to become a little more cultured in their knowledge of craft beers! Also totally unexpected at PP Cobb was the Mochi they had in the ice cream cooler! Mochi is hard enough to come across in Chicago — so imagine my surprise when I found it in small-town Florida! They had red bean and green tea flavors — and I took a pack of red bean home to my parents. My sandwich was pretty good — not the best I have had, but to be fair I drove home with it in styrofoam which could have changed things. I ordered a hot panini, and after looking at the menu and some pictures here on Unilocal,it looks like I should have gone for a fresh deli sandwich(my mother was raving about hers!) Next time I’m in town, I’ll be sure to come back for a fresh deli sandwich and the friendly small-town charm that PP Cobb offers.

This place was great. The owner, Tom, was very friendly and spent a ton of time discussing the different sodas and beers. Whether you like craft beers or to try different, hard-to-find sodas, this place is definitely worth checking out. We tried some of their PITA sandwiches and soups at lunch(they don’t serve hot foods at dinner). The food was pretty good, but the main draw for my girlfriend and I was still the beer selection.
