Harbor Cove has a great location looking out over the marina, creek and river. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is the main reason for the 4 star. Parking can be very difficult and for that reason there is «free» Valet parking. Certainly January to April a reservation is needed for dinner. Lunch is enjoyable and certainly less busy/crowded. They do get a rather large post lunch, golf, fishing bar crowd which as evening approaches it is very loud with plenty of people under the influence… Just so you know you may not want children exposed. This is a bar/restaurant and there is entertainment daily(which does get loud) I believe usually it is a DJ. The menu is a bit limited, the service is excellent, the view and the ambiance is great, love the fore pit tables. The food is good but I would not say excellent. That being said I do love to go here. I love the view, the tables on the deck are great sometimes you get lucky and see a manatee or two which makes it all just wonderful.

We are passing through and found this on Unilocal.Yum! The order was crispy grouper sandwich and a hogfish special. The Cole slaw was great, the service excellent and the atmosphere nice too! It’s at harbor cove marina. A little hard to find, but a gem!

Great view! Sitting out on the deck next to the marina and all the boats was great! They had live entertainment, which was cool. The staff was very friendly. The burger was fantastic! This place isn’t the easiest to find, but don’t give up, the view alone is worth it!

Food and service were among the best. Only down side is that there is much more than one can comfortably eat. MUST take a to-go box home.

Had a great time here. Came for a couple of beers and an appetizer. Turns out it’s their 1 Year anniversary. Tap beers are $ 1 for a pint. Chicken nachos is the shiznet!

Found this place yesterday by accident and really glad we did. The tiki bar was large, service was great and the atmosphere even better. The manager ran a Kentucky Derby pool which made it even better. Great view of the marina and the food was excellent. We will definitely be returning very soon.

By far, one of the top five restaurants we have dined at this season. Everything and I mean everything contributed to an extraordinary dining experience. The location overlooking the harbor, marina and some beautify sailing vessels was extraordinary. The service was impeccable and all center on the making sure the dining experience was one to remember. For example, one of our guests spilled some cocktail sauce on his shirt. Two waiters answer the call and were immediately at our table with soda water and a stain removal stick. The stain vanish to wherever stains go, his shirt as impeccably clean and we were back enjoying our scrumptious meals in the blink of a an eye. I hate to give this 5 stars because I want to keep this gem to my self for future epicurean sortie. Try the blue points — fresh, juicy, sweet, briny and delicious. No grit and or shells in the oyster nectar. The person that shucked my dozen knew what he/she was doing. No waiting on a Friday afternoon at 4:45 but started to crowd up when we were leaving. Parking a little tricky but free valet service. Use it. It is worth the tip. Shhhhhhhhh. Keep the gem to yourself for if it gets to popular then we will have to cue up to dine. Boy do I hate waiting inline for anything. A definite Garmin keeper.

Great food. Dirty oysters, mahi tacos and mahi sandwich were all very good. There’s lots of wait staff, so service is excellent. Parking is tight, but they have valet if you don’t want to park yourself. Live music was also good – not so loud you couldn’t talk to your table companions. Only(minor) complaint was the mai tai wasn’t very good

First time we stopped in for a burger in November and sat on deck, fantastic food & view. We returned this weekend for a more«full course meal» and I had the Snapper special, FANTASTIC! My wife had the Almond crusted Grouper with the Grand Mariner sauce, very good but a tad too much sauce, a drizzle would have been better, The music was GREAT as well! See you next visit. Really like this place.

Grouper fish and chips special was amazing today. Very kid friendly and the staff was extremely helpful on menu questions. My daughter has a gluten allergy and they allow us to bring in our own bread for her. Very fun environment at the harbor.

This a great place to eat and the live bands they have had this past week were great. The food outstanding. I would give this 5 stars but for the Florida laws on smoking really suck!

Positives: The restaurant has a wonderful marina side location. The tender fresh oysters in the fried oyster appetizer was the best I’ve had. We also enjoyed the calamari which was served with marinara sauce. The management was very attentive; checking in with us to make sure we were being taken care of, and also thanked us for our business. #Refreshing Negatives: 1) Although it’s a seafood restaurant, they don’t carry anchovies for Caesar salads. 2) Three of us who ordered Sliced Filet & Shrimp over Gorgonzola Pasta all expected something different than what was served. We were surprised with the heavy red sauce(I ordered a bottle of chardonnay) where the flavor of the gorgonzola was lost. The sauce was similar to what I’ve had in Paella. The ‘filet’ was cubed meat like you’d find in stew and everything was mixed together with penne pasta.

In Ft. Pierce there is this beautifully situated restaurant on the Indian River inlet called Harbor Cove. Views are lovely, food choices and the food itself is excellent. Do sit outside! Strong bar with excellent drinks at reasonable prices. We’ve been twice — both enjoyable experiences. Live music most nights and especially onSaturdays it’s terrific! It’s a tad tricky to find but your GPS will do find it. And if you live in the area, two visits a week will serve you well we promise!

First things first, this place has one of the most breathtaking views throughout my trip in Florida. Being a native Californian, I was naturally attracted to the avocado grouper and I was not disappointed! Delicious is an understatement for that entrée. For dessert I had the devilishly good homemade key lime pie, and sat back in my food coma and gazed out into the harbor and watched the boats sail past. Harborcove had the friendliest staff and welcomed this Los Angelino with open arms, and huge smiles. A must visit when in Fort Pierce.

I saw great reviews of this place and thought it was going to be pretty good but, I was wrong it was excellent. The view was nice, the food tasted great and was fresh, and the service was amazing. Some good options are the blackened fish sandwich, the wings(surprise tasted amazing), and the potato bacon soup

After a 28 hour fight with the seas, there were three things I was most impressed with. 1. The United States Coast Guard who risked their lives to make sure we were safe. 2. Harbortown Marina for the kindness they extended. 3. Harbortown Bar and Grill for making me feel like I was in heaven. They got ice cold beer, great chicken wings, conch fritters, lobster bites and a terrific staff. What more can an immature man ask for. A professional quasi-military government organization, and ice cold beer.

Drove from Naples to Ft Pierce to visit grandma and take her out to lunch. We arrived around noon on a Friday and it was fairly busy. The weather was dreadful and raining, but the view was still so pretty outside on the water. The heat lamps in the enclosed patio were a very nice touch. Due to a mix up, we were waiting at the table with no service for about 10 – 15 minutes. I went to the hostess stand to request our waiter, he came over running and apologized. No worries! He was so funny and a great server so we had a great time. We each got something different; club sandwiches, french onion soup, grilled cheese and the fried fish. Everything was fresh, good and came out quickly. Everything that I saw go by looked very good. On a nice hot day I recommend coming here for a drink or dinner. You can literally sit on the dock and have a pub table overlooking the water. Note: This place was hard to find for us! There are no signs at all when you come into the marina, when you come into the marina, go left and drive by the large white buildings with offices on your left(real-estate, yacht sales, etc) and keep driving by, you will notice there is another section of parking and Harborcove is over there! No signs at all, so keep driving!
