The place is very dirty and no one to help you load or find stuff just like Wal-Mart.I rather go to bj or costco parking sucks too

A good selection of restaurant style supplies and a variety of products in this Sam’s. I like that they don’t have mass quantity of everything… There are actually some things that real «normal» people and buy and use without feeling like you’re stockpiling.
The self checkout is handy but as with any other super club the checkout is often long as is the customer service counter. Overall, for my 50+/-bucks a year for this membership I say it’s a good value. Excellent location, good parking.

Went to see if they have changed from previous years. Well it hasn’t. It consistently had long lines and was understaffed. There was only one person working at membership services so it was a very long wait until after 15 – 20 min of waiting did other staff finally come to help. The manager walked around and didn’t help. An elderly gentleman had to ask and wait for a wheelchair since there were none at the entrance. Definitely would recommend Costco over Sam’s Club in Fort Myers. I’ve been to other Sam’s Club and haven’t had this terrible service. The lady at membership services was very friendly and apologized for the wait, but management shouldn’t put the employees in this type of situation.

Customer Service is down right awful. I waited for 25 minutes while they «looked» for a large item that I purchased the previous day and came to pick up at their dock. They never found it or my original receipt. It was supposed to be «pulled» when I purchased it and the receipt taped to it. I had to finally ask for the store manager who pulled another one and brought it to me. Thirty minutes later and no original receipt to be found, I was loaded and on my way. So much for saving time buying it the day before.

Our family has many favorite must have food items that only this store carries. Although its quite a drive for us to get to this store its well worth the drive for our family. Some of our favorites are:
Hormel Precooked Bacon
Pilgrim’s Chicken Breast Tenderloins Uncooked
Ajinomoto Orange Chicken
Ajinomoto Teriyiaki Chicken
Scotch Bubble Wrap
Although this is a membership only facility its well worth it to get some of our must have items.

I’m not going to go all out and say «zomygawd» it’s the bestest!”. I went with another person, as they had a membership and needed items anyway.
I felt like Sames Club is like any other wholesale bulk item retailer, but the exception being, it catered more towards its’ sister company. The difference between these Walmartians and the others: There seemed to be more of them. I guess this is where the other half of them go to buy things!
I think I’ll stick to the grocery stores…

This store has been remodeled in the past couple of years. Very clean and well organized. Nice staff members.
They don’t get 5 stars because they tend to be short on check out staff. The lines back way up before they bother to open a new counter. Although they are much better at this compared to Costco.
Would be nice if they had the self serve check out like BJ’s.
