They could not have been more helpful. I originally went to the Verizon store on the corner of 41 and Daniels Parkway. They were rude, condensing and dismissive of this 15 year loyal customer. I had to literally pull my phone from the employees hand to retrieve my phone. They would not help me at all with the issue I had with my phone. They told me to «live with it». I went literally across the street to the other Verizon store on Unilocal.It had 4 stars. The other store had one. Yeah Unilocal!Josue was most helpful. He actually said «I have all day to help you with this»! What a difference!!! If you’re looking for ACTUAL customer service, please, do yourself a favor, DO NOT waste your time at the Verizon store on 41 and Daniels. GoWireless is a PREMIUM Verizon dealer. Believe it or not, the difference is staggering.
