Save your time and money and go elsewhere! They do not even have a doctor doing your vision exam — it’s just a tech! When I picked up my glasses, they were so bad I couldn’t read words on tje computer. Now I am fighting with these idiots to refund my $ 372 so I can get glasses from a real eye doctor.

I have now received three lenses from the Eye Center and they have been unable to solve my vision problem. When I originally went there, I identified a specific problem. They recommended the most expensive lenses and later I was told by staff that this was very unlikely to solve my problem. I have asked for a refund of my $ 790 and they refuse to give me any resolution. They are a large corporation and rely on their large size to intimidate unsatisfied customers. Stay away from this organization as they have no interest in resolving patient needs but simply generating high revenues with expensive inferior products.

r us kidding??? Went here because stupidly I had gotten a cheaper insurance and they were on the list of providers. Knowing I had a cataract developing in my left eye, figured they might notice. Like the reviewer above, a tech did the exam. Dr saw me for about two minutes… no one said a thing about cataracts. Got script, couldn’t see out of the glasses made at their shop. Went for drivers licence, barely passed due to left eye(the one with the most developed cataract). Liscence bureau wanted to know the last time I had an exam. I was embarased to say two months ago! WOW. this place is like a mill. No one remembers you, personnel changes it seems every few months. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you have any type of complications with eyesight do not come here…

I had never had glasses before. I went here thinking I would get an expert exam and glasses. First of all, why go to a Dr if the techs do the exam? The Dr did absolutely nothing. I came back two weeks later to pick up my glasses and couldn’t see a thing!!! They said oh you have to get used to them. A month later after trying them, still did not work and they kept sliding way down and off. I thought maybe that was the problem. I tried to work them around to see if there was any point on them I could see through. The top portion was unuseable. Near, far it didn’t matter. The bottom half I could see through with my right eye if I tilted my head way back and looked sideways. WTLH!!! Went back a couple. months again, and the desk staff were so rude. After an hour and a half wait, the TECH redid the exam and lenses. They still were not right. You would think they would know how to fit frames and give proper exams but not here. I went here on a recommendation, and then found out she had the same problem. She said they asked how she was doing and she said well not good, the prescription still isn’t right! Still isn’t right to this day. We both are using drug store readers. Cost me almost $ 200 and a lot of wasted gas and time for absolutely nothing. And that was with insurance. I’m stuck with worthless glasses that sit in a drawer.
