Wonderful visit. Martin the AGM was kind, and very helpful. He helped me with the buy one get one, because I couldn’t find a second pair of frames I liked. I had forgotten my debit card, and had to run home to get it. I called the store back and ask if they can hold the frames, because there was a really bad tropical depression coming and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to drive my Mustang in the rain. I returned to the store later that day, because the storm had passed very quickly, and he had a second pair of very similar frames waiting for me! I’ll be picking my new glasses up Monday at noon, and could not be more pleased!

Went in for the 2for 159.98 eyeglass complete sets, frames are cheap, by the time the salesperson tried selling me anti glare, warranties etc, I settled for ultra thin lenses on both, my 2for special turned into a $ 489.00 ripoff, decided to just go with one pair, that would be $ 329.00– needless to say I left. They get you in and then upsell– RIP OFF!

Some, not all the staff that I dealt with were rude and unwilling. It took me over two months to get my second pair of glasses and get them right. The contact person I was using kept saying he would check and call me back, but didn’t. They are inefficient and not customer friendly. I will NEVER use them again

Eyeglass world of Ft Myers attempts to sell you products not needed and sells products at the highest price, price checking reveals their glasses sell for twice as much as other retailers in the area. The Staff of Eyeglass World also does not honor their committment to customer satisfaction. Be aware senior citizens of their con.
