Fun 2 hour boat ride with my kids, my nephews, my sister and my mom. We only saw 2 dolphins but the staff was pleasant and it is worth the money to just tour around on a boat.

A really great way to spend the sunset. Surprised how many kids were on a late cruise, but it turned out ok. The crew was very accommodating, even fixing a broken shoe and carry drinks to our group. DJ was really good as well. Nothing bad to say about the cruise. Price for the cruise itself is well worth it and drinks were also very reasonably priced. Maybe needs more seating on the upper deck of possible:) I would defiantly take this cruise again.

We booked a trip thru groupon with the 48 hours required notice. A confirmation email was received telling us to show up at 630 for boarding. We waited until 710 with about 30 other people and the crew was a no show. All you get when you call is a recording, and 18 hours later no response. Very disappointing. We lost a half day of vacation due to this. Bad business!

We did the two hour sunset cruise. The sunset was really pretty; the attempts to make us dance for the latter part of the cruise were a little strange. It’s a fun way to spend the evening, and the staff are super nice. Don’t expect a quite romantic cruise, and you’ll be fine.

Who would have thought. Everyone was dressed up for the evening and having cocktails. It was a gorgeous sunset cruise and the captain gave just enough information, but didn’t talk the entire time. Then he turned on the party music on the way back and it turned into a dance party.

Uncomfortable seating and extremely loud music — ear plugs recommended. Sunset cruise mostly noisy party-makers. Arrive early as seats with a view are taken quickly by those first in line. Captain’s commentary is sparse and not enunciated clearly.

My husband and I bought tickets for the Fort myers princess sunset cruise. The cruise was calm ride to go around Ft myers beach and have a drink while enjoying the view. Sadly the night of our cruise it was too cloudy and we couldnt see the sunset. I had on board a Pina Colada which I highly recommend and we enjoy our ride around. Regarding the«party» aspect of the boat, as mention above we got what we where looking for a relax night just enjoy the view surrounded by the water. We sat in the front of the bottom deck but on the top deck they have the little bar and a dance area with a bunch of the«classics» at weddings. An older crowd was enjoy the fun of just dancing the YMCA and the electric dance. I dont see a young family with little kids enjoying this ride as I think kids would get bored nor kids in their early 20’s looking to party like in the club.

Looking for a nice way to spend a Saturday evening on our holiday, I surprised my hubby with tickets on the Fort Myers Princess. I was expecting a nice, romantic sunset ride, complete with a glass of wine or two and some nice views. While I cannot say that I was completely let down by the boat ride, the crowd certainly wasn’t what we were used to(either older, middle-aged with children, or drunken early twenties). Both my husband and I are in our mid-twenties, and we just felt strangely out of place. The first hour and a half of the ride they played a full Jimmy Buffet concert CD, complete with his obscene jokes. The last half hour reminded me of a bad cruise, with the DJ trying to get people to do the electric slide(which he turned off since no one was doing it) and then playing the quintesscential cruise songs, such as YMCA. I also had a bad experience with some of the drunken girls, who kept trying to throw their lit cigarettes over the bow, having them fly up to us on the second deck and hit us in the face and legs. Other than those problems, we were quite happy planted on the bench in front of the captain the whole night. We never got up to get drinks at the bar for fear someone would take our place. It literally is the only place on the boat with just a little peace and great views. As for the ride and views themselves, the sunset was spectacular. It had been raining earlier in the day, so we were afraid that it would rain on our trip, but it was beautiful weather and we really enjoyed the views of Sanibel. I would say this is a great thing to do for the older crowd and for those who like to dance the electric slide and do the YMCA with others who are slightly tipsy. Kids seemed to enjoy it(although I’m sure the parents didn’t appreciate Jimmy Buffet’s mouth at times) and there was one other couple similar in age to us(mid-twenties) that seemed okay in another far corner of the deck. All of the crew were fantastic, however. Really great customer service on the pier and on the boat. The captain also seemed to be very no-nonsense and straight to the point, which was great.
