Not a huge fan. Note that I went there over a year ago I hope shes changed her attitude. Went for a color consult, was told my hair looked terrible and like a multicolor zebra, and she would need to do corrective color. Umm, yeah, knew that. Did not need to insult me Anyway, she wouldn’t give me an estimate, other than it would be north of 500.
The facial was nice, a little antiquated machinery. Tried to sell me on a 5 pack, saying, «dont you care about your skin»?

Recently bought a groupon for this salon, and to say the least I was scared to try a new place. I moved to fort lee in December and haven’t been able to find a good salon… Well I have found a new home! PIA is amazing, she knew exactly what I was saying even though I had no idea what I was saying. I couldn’t be happier with the results, needles to say I will be back!

In life, there are some services that simply exceed all others in almost every conceivable way; from the warm and loving atmosphere to the expert salon ‘tailoring’ & services!
After many years with Pia in fort lee and ultimately moving to Manhattan & Long Island — I will happily take two bridges and tunnel to receive the best hair care available!
Likely paying more in gas and tolls just to get there — now that’s committed patronage, similar to many other clients I know and happily referred.

A hidden gem in Fort Lee!
I purchased an amazon local coupon for mani/pedi. I only bought one because I was hesitant about the place since I’ve never been there. I wish I bought more because Elizabeth (the nail tech that did my nails) was so pleasant and my nails look fab!

I used a Living Social coupon for this salon to get highlights, haircut, and manicure yesterday. The owner worked on me and I was extremely impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of her craft. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained to me how we were going to reach those goals. I have gone to many salons for highlights and I have to say that I would definitely go back to this place. In fact, I am planning on bringing my mom in for a color and keratin treatment. I must also mention how incredibly friendly the staff is there. Overall I had an excellent experience!

I was there Sat with my Living Social Coupon for highlights, manicure, haircut, wine etc.
Not only did I have to pay the Groupon but was charged $ 150 extra ontop of that and for a glaze no less to try to fix the issue she made in my hair.
My hair color/highlights came out brassy red, orange, ashy, green and brittle and I had to go somwhere else to fix it and cut it more, I had to cancel my engagement shoot because of it, and who knows how my hair will look crispy and fried at my wedding. It is as if yo she makes clients hair worse so she can pretend to «fix» it.
I had read the negative review on Unilocal on she just put peroxide in the hair and a glaze, I have never paid so much at a salon in my life and for such horrible service.
I am very displeased and sadded she would scam and run her business this way.

Went to this place for a haircut and was nothing short of pleased. Excellent haircut and style. Add onto that the down to Earth staff and I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hair salon.
