I completely agree with Sara! No need to go here. Entire staff is condescending and rude to their patients. Equipment is old and filthy. I don’t know about ability since we’ve only gone for routine check ups. I can’t imagine skill and knowledge is up to date looking at their office and the doctor works twice a week if that. Their arrogant and condescending attitude is enough to turn you away. Once the doctor stopped while examining my son because my phone rang. She told me to turn it off since she is also not using her phone during an exam. Wow!

Hi, Dr. Henick seems like a nice person, but I think her office as well as her tools need updating, BADLY. The office looks like a collection of antiques, from vintage posters to TV with DVR. Everything is so dirty, I was squeemish to touch anything. I will not bring my child to this office again.

The review of Xxxx must be written by the doctor or office staff. What precise directions to their office!
Avoid this office at all costs. The office staff are condescending and rude. It must be that my child and I are Asian because we definitely have a respectable insurance carrier.
The office is empty most of the time because the doctors are hardly there. Dr Henick works only 2 days a week and only a couple hours each day.
Dr Henick is okay as a doctor but definitely not worth the treatment of her pathetic staff.

Our daughter’s appointment with Dr. Henick was a pleasant experience. She had a good rapport with our daughter, who tends to be shy. Her office was well-​run — specifically, they were on-​time. We had some questions about contact lenses, which Dr. Henick addressed and even asked probing questions so that she could give us an accurate answer.

We love Dr. Henick! The location of this building is a bit tricky to get to, you either have to come up From Bridge Plaza North heading Westbound– So if you come in from Lemoine Avenue you turn onto Bridge Plaza North (Corner of Liberty Travel & Fed Ex) If you are on Lemoine and you go past the Plaza with the Walgreens, Sunmerry, Verizon Store, on your right, turn right at the light and you will see the building after you cross Center Avenue. The Parking Lot is an immediate right turn right bu the building.
Or you can take Center Ave heading North East and turn Left on Bridge Plaza North. Building is on the corner of Center Ave and Bridge Plaza North.
We came to check my baby’s eyes and we really feel that we found the best doctor who cares about her patients. Highly recommended!
