I went to Dr Tracey stokes for and increase in Breast size. I had approx. 3 consults
I finally reluctantly decided to go a head with the Procedure. I gave a 500 $ deposit
I met with her nurse Susan. Went over some stuff I was given the decision
have procedure done in hospital or under local in the office I chose local in the office. I was not informed at that time of there back up method. Susan contacted aprox 3 – 4 weeks
prior, During that discussion Susan made a unprofessional comment when I asked what kind of meds do you give to relax me. she then said and I quote «You Have Stuff! I was pushed in to a corner to defend myself as if I was a drug addict. I am on anti anxiety meds prescribed by a doctor! I take them as Prescribed. She adamantly
decides to deny she said that. She also told me during our conversation that she had to order implants which for back up. I was only receiving fill age to my existing implants. So I asked what is the back up plan she then went on to tell me. Well we see how much pain you can tolerate she was reluctant to tell me we close you up and you make an appointment for the hospital. I hummed and was stunned and And did some reconsideration. I called on fri a week before Memorial day and got voice mail.
To cancel. I received a call from Susan, Asking why I wanted to cancel I told her with the situation with my mom not being well I was not going to-​do the surgery. asked for a refund she refused oh we can keep and do the surgery in the future. I said your kidding. She went on on how she would be charged for the implants and I know for a fact You are not charged until anything shipping until the implants are used. Well after another phone call after memorial day (Tuesday She called again after I left a message to have the doctor contact me. She went on and on not letting me speak to the doctor Finally she told me the doctor call me.
I will ad that I also took in to mind during my consult with the doctor I mentioned I had complications prior Very thin skin. That’s what took me so long to decide. the doctor chose to avoid the question or beat around it. She did take an oath to do no harm.
well that went out the window when I walked in she put her wallet before her oath.
I have tried with a witness to receive my paper work in person and was given the run around by Susan. she even during a discussion in person still denies in so many words calling me a drug addict I also mention that I have had two hematomas. Al of a sudden she jumps up and tells me some ridiculous story How She was on the way home and from surgery and all of a sudden she also had one. I really don’t know if at this point she was placating me. But I still have not received any paperwork. also the Doctor is never avail and my Dad who is medical field has been attempting to reach susan but she is never avail. Funny when I was going to do the surgery I got both of them right away. I beg you please Please stay away!
