The Spa at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa

On this visit, all was as it should be at the spa. There were plenty of locker room assistants making sure that everything was stocked and available, dirty towels were being whisked away, and the showers were clean and pristine. Granted this visit was on a Monday morning and not a busy Saturday but it just felt like they had it more together.
My massage therapist on this go around was Janelys. She was very good at assessing where my problem areas were and then worked to provide some relief.
When you check in, they will ask you if you want some add ons to your service like a scalp massage or Yoga balm. Not knowing what Yoga balm was, I asked my therapist who then sold me on it’s virtues (for the uninitiated like me, it’s a minty cream used to ease aches and pains). I took the $ 20 upgrade and it worked wonders on my sore neck.
The best part of the spa after the services is the outside private pool area. I love sitting out there after my services, maybe having a bite to eat and just soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Tranquility and serenity was the theme for the spa. Oh and definitely ask for Robin, she gave me the best massage ever & she clearly an experienced professional! I had a very positive experience here.

Very disappointed again. After being a member here for many years, it’s sad that yet again upper management does nothing to support the recurring constant flow of revenue that members provide to this property. The GM and assistant do NOTHING for ‘the club’ and what once was a five star rated spa is now unkept, dirty and an embarrassment.

Spent all Sunday here! Started w great workout at their big gym, followed w yoga class, steam room and book reading by SPA separate pool… Great snacks too!

My husband and I got a couples massage here and had a terrible experience. The location and spa is beautiful, amenities are decent too. However out couples massage was far from great. we paid $ 400 for a 50 minute couples massage that was nothing special considering it was a couples massage. We were in two rooms with an open centerfold. Nothing was done to make this feel like a couples massage at all. When paying $ 400 for a 50 minute massage you expect more.
I chose a Swedish massage he chose a deep tissue.
My massage therapist was terrible. She applied no pressure what so ever the entire 50 minutes. She was an older lady and I felt like I was getting pet and lightly touched for 50 minutes. I regret not getting up and walking out.
Had I have been the one to pay, i would have made a scene.
My husband was also unhappy with the quality of the massage.
We were also treated differently and paid more because we were not staying at the hotel property because it was sold out.
I love Marriott, but this was far from good.

Great mani pedi with Sandra! I went with a friend to the Spa at the Marriott one afternoon for some pampering. She went for a massage and I had a mani/​pedi. The spa staff was very accommodating when she was making the appointments and was able to get us both scheduled at the same time. We arrived early and they were able to take us both at an earlier time.
I valeted my car (and they validated).
The spa is very clean and has a lot of nice amenities especially the sauna, dressing room and nice lounge chairs you can relax on when you are done. They also have everything you need to clean up once your spa experience is over.
Sandra did a beautiful job on my hands and feet. She is so easy to talk to and it was almost like an hour of therapy. The champagne was a nice added touch and helped me relax.
Although this is more pricey than most spas it was worth it as a nice indulgence and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Amazing massages for both me and my husband. Would definitely return. Staff was great, very relaxing day which also gives you full day access to the Spa facilities, including steam room, jacuzzi, etc…

Why are there not more reviews on this wonderful place!!! Sandra Sandra Sandra Can I take you home with me? Double Happiness (manicure and pedicure) was awesome. Relaxing, I got black toe nail polish on my stubby little toes and she did not get any polish on my skin like most places do. She talked when I wanted to talk… she was quiet when I wanted to be quiet. Champagne was a nice touch no doubt. Spent a good 40 minutes after in the steam room and Jacuzzi and showers. Very clean. Only reason it was not a 5 star is there was a repair man in the women’s locker room without notification which disrupted my zen.
Wish I could afford to come back tomorrow.
