These guys are terrible. The pricing is high and they take advantage of you.
We have let our community know about them, and now we will report here. Under NO circumstances should you use them. They asked for feedback and they will get it.
Your company could have made this better but you picked the other option– no response.
Many companies use the we are family owned, local company, been in business so long type of pitch. Again, do not use. Wonder way there are only few reviews and mostly 1star?

Contacted them for a new garage door for my house. Receptionist asked me all the questions then transferred me to Gary Feldman (who told me he was the owner). Gary told me no information was relayed to him. I explained in detail what I wanted and needed someone to come out to my home, discuss options and pricing. Gary refused to come to my home instead he repeatedly wanted to tell me about three types of doors over the phone he sells, even when I asked him not too. Gary then gave pricing over the phone. Gary then told me people screw him around, and are not home, etc. when he makes appointments. This is not specific to me. Gary did not want to make an appointment to get the work because of his own attitude for having to do part of his job. Not my problem or issue. I would not recommend The Door Doctor of South Florida Inc.

Have used them over the years in several homes I’ve owned. Found their service to be prompt and very good. Even told me I didn’t need to replace my expensive rollers. only the 10.00 ones. Highly recommend

Don’t use this company. They quote you a price then it doubles when they arrive. This practice is called bait and switch.
