I travel for work all the time and i love seafood so Red Lobster is always part of my restaurant rotation on the road. I asked my hotel for suggestions on food around the area and when they told me there was a Red Lobster around, it was a no brainner. When i got to the restaurant the greeter wasnt there and the server that was in the front cleaning the menus only acknowledge me when i asked to be seated. The greeter eventually came and while a bit rude she did seat me pretty quick. Once i got to my table it took the server 30 minutes to just acknowledge me. Eventhough she was very apologetic since in her words«it was really busy» which it wasnt, she did proceed to take my order. It took another 20 minutes to get my caprese salad and my bar drink. I also asked for a cup of water twice and it was never brought to me. If it wasnt for another second waitress that confused my table with another one, i would have never gotten my bread. She quickly realized i was been neglected, apologized and brought me a plate for my bread too. The meal took about another 20 minutes which by that point i was getting upset; however, the server was extremely nice and you can tell she was been overwhelmed by a larger party of 8 near my table. The food was ok eventhough some of my crab legs were dry inside. I paid my bill and left bc making a scene would have been pointless and unnecessary. This Red Lobster will never get my business again and would recommend anybody in the area to avoid it.

What can I say? Can’t resist the RL(that’s Red Lobster for you uninitiated) Had the pleasure of visiting this specific location right in the midst of Lobsterfest. I’m usually a fried skrimp kinda guy when it comes to RL, but most recently my palette has become a bit more refined to include the savory crimson crustacean. Ladies and gentlemen, this is where the city folk come to spend their REAL money, no lobster entrée on this menu was below $ 25. And I’m gonna be honest with you, I would gladly pay $ 30 + for the cheddar biscuits alone, so those for free is always an added bonus to any RL visit;) Last time I visited this RL location was with the same party of four about two and half years ago. Would you believe that we happened to get the same exact server? His name is Mike. Mike seemed enthused to be serving us, although I can’t say for sure he remembered us. Looks as if he has finally kicked his drug habit, he wasn’t sweating as much this time around. We all ordered beers, I got a ShockTop draft. When Mike brought the beers over he felt it necessary to comment that I «like fruit with my beer.» Haha very funny Mike, that’s none of your business. We quickly plowed through the first biscuit basket. Requested another and our man Mike comes thru with TWO fresh biscuit baskets. Perhaps seeking redemption for his off-color comment about my beer selection? Mike told us a little story about some pin he was wearing, I forgot what it was about. I ordered the Dueling Lobsters entrée to split with my lady friend. Our other 2 cohorts got the lobster tacos and steak dinner. Everything was fully cooked and the silverware was clean. Mike came around to check on us a few times, unintrusive and polite, refilled some waters and gave us a bag for our to-go biscuits. Although, when Mike went to go clean off the table, a knife fell off one of the plates and almost killed my lady friend! Watch out bro. Guy sitting behind us with his family was on his cell phone the whole time, I don’t even think he was talking to anyone, just holding it up against his face.

Red Lobsters don’t generally have such a great reputation but this is definitely a guilty pleasure of mine and this location is quite decent. I love getting the frozen cocktails because they are so deliciously sweet. The crab legs come perfectly steamed with such wonderful flavor the butter isn’t even necessary(don’t get me wrong I still swamp everything with butter because everything’s better with butter). The cheese rolls are hit or miss because sometimes they’re crazy salty but last night they were correctly seasoned. And the grilled brussels sprouts were surprisingly delicious and even my picky husband liked them! The price for seafood can’t be beat. It’s pretty hard to screw up what is already tasty from the ocean, so why pay more at a fancier restaurant when you can eat lobster and crab legs to your starving heart’s desire here? Spend your Ruth’s Chris money on steak and get the lobster here when you have the seafood craving. Additionally: No one likes cracking crab legs in a fancy dress. It’s nice to be able to dress casually when eating messy seafood, pieces flying with every crack and melted butter getting on your hands and chin as you stuff your face with reckless abandon. Yes, I eat seafood like a barbarian. There is no dainty way to go about it.

I’ve only eaten at one Red Lobster before this one. Stopped here for late lunch because we were really hungry after a long wait in a physicians office, and spouse wasn’t able to eat prior to treatment. Bottom line, there was nothing wrong with the broiled fish, but it wasn’t «oh wow, this place does great fish», either. The server was incredibly upbeat and pleasant, had really great nails and I respect women like her with great nails(see pic), and was so so sweet, I left her a $ 30 tip and my spouse looks at me and smiled and said«you feel badly she has to work in this dive, right?» Why only 2 stars? The place is a dump. It looks old. It smells very old. It feels old(sticky beaten up tables), and the carpet was old and dirty and dark near serving stations and I wanted to leave but spouse was hungry and just had a huge needle stuck in his spine. Feed him, I thought. There really was an odor to the place, not a fish odor, but a musty«I need a good steam cleaning odor», or better yet, rip out the insides of this place and do a total re-do, enhance the lighting, make it feel like a place you want to eat in. Or a place I would eat in. You won’t see me back there. Even if I am starving and faint. I’ll remember that it’s a most unpleasant interior environment screaming for care. Oh, as far as screaming goes, when I left the restaurant I apparently walked through a service area, near the bar, to get to the front door. I didn’t know it was a service area. It was just there — in front of me — and then there’s this young server guy who follows me as I get to the entry door and shouts«you can’t walk there», and I look at him and state, firmly«I just did», and he responds«I said you can’t walk there!» even louder, and I respond, calmly«I just did, and I’m leaving now, and don’t worry, I will not ever be back and I promise you I will never walk there again. Ever. Cause. I. Will. Not. Be. Back. Really». He was very upset. I’m sorry I upset you.

Went here for someone’s birthday dinner. This place has been here since I was a teen. Not so fond memories of pounding down fried shrimp when I didn’t know any better. Although the interior and the menu have been updated, it is still a chain restaurant. That being said, definitely got off on the wrong foot. They were out of the first three types of wine I asked for. I am talking about a glass, not a bottle. Ridiculous to be out of the non house chard, pinot and sauvignon blanc? Three strikes and I’ll just take a glass of water to wash down the delicious cheese biscuits they put on the table. Half portion grilled salmon dinner came with a salad and two sides. The grilled salmon with soy based glaze was delicious. The salad was average. The rice pilaf was very delicious. Broccoli is broccoli. I believe the price for the dinner was around $ 18. Come here with a group to eat but certainly not dine. .

Come back many times after and always enjoy their bread and clam chowder. Just wanted to give you a heads up since we found most of the female crew hair were all down and very very unprofessional. I know it isn’t a mandatory federal food code but well. We were just enjoying until we saw«Female regional chef» type of workers hair… Haha. Well if her hair is just like Mufasa, there was nothing I could say. I guess RL company is going down huh. We still love them.

Went for dinner. I ordered the parmesan chicken Alfredo at $ 15.79. What was I thinking? It was not bad but …. Look at bottom of. Reciept ticket. Touché Red Lobster for admitting l/adding the last line for tips. BUT you do know we’re not suppose to top on Uncle Sam.

No veggie options all all besides pasta and the ONE salad they offer. The salad has no veggies except lettuce and cheese. It is a caseasr, but luckily the thick gross dressing doesn’t have anchovies in it. Also, don’t even bother ordering a mixed drink here. Zero alcohol and for the price, I found that a bit ridiculous.

Usually come here for the endless shrimp and steak. It has been typically pretty good except for the last 2 times I have gone. Both times the service was slow and the food was sub standard. I had to ask for a new steak because it was so overdone(I asked for medium rare), shrimp was a bit fishy and salty. Would have considered coming back if not for some family friends having the same bad experience. Not sure we will be back for a while.

Slow service!!! I don’t know if it’s me or what, but do you really need to add salt to cook salt water fish??? I think I drank 3 – 4 glasses of water just to make it through dinner!

Today I ordered the 12 oz New York cut steak and Rock Lobster tail. Although this was quite a bit of food, I enjoyed it immensely. My steak, which was cooked medium rare, was so tasty I wanted to marry it and have children with it. I wanted to raise my steak-person baby, watch it grow and learn, start a career and become a functioning member of society. And then eat it. My steak was very good. In conclusion: the end.

Started off slow as I entered there was nobody at the hostess stand. Nobody at the bar. No wait staff around. After about 5 minutes someone emerged from the kitchen and sat me. Then I had 2 waitresses working on my drink order and food order. Food was good. Restaurant could use some updating. The seating was worn and tables were worn. I had walts shrimp and a lobster tail. Lobster bisque had hardly any lobster in it. A few things they need to work on and then will earn a better review.

Wow… Monday night, not spring break, snow birds are leaving or gone and we waited 30 minutes for a table in a half full restaurant. Waited while our server cleaned off another table before taking our order which lo and behold, they were out of. Ordered something else and I should have known just to leave at that point but didn’t. Manager offered to get me something else but by this time it was freaking 10:30 and we’d been there 2 hours, just wanted to get out. Asked for some rolls to go… they were out of those too. I know this isn’t fine dining but is it too much to expect a decent meal and decent service?

Nice place to have dinner with family or friends. Bit greasy all over the place, specially floor. About the food, sadly there was no salmon(left). Don’t know if it was due to holiday, though. But in general it was a good experience.

100x better than Olive Garden down the block. Great service and flavorful food for the win. Came here for lunch around 2pm and there was no wait. There was only one waitress taking care of all the tables and she did a wonderful job. Her name was Sandra and she checked in not only once but a few times to see how out meals were and to refill our drinks. I ordered the lobster taco lunch special. It came with three tacos filled with chunks of lobster, cilantro slaw, pico de gallo, and jalapeño ranch. It was quite filling and had a side of wild rice pilaf. My family ordered dinner entrees even though it was lunch. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. Overall a great meal.
