Musashi is a hidden jewel. Excellent service, friendly staff, fresh ingredients, no rush — laid back atmosphere. They accommodated a special food request not on the menu and it surpassed my wildest expectations. I will be back and I highly recommend you patronize Musashi!

This place may be small but packed with deliciousness! We ordered fried rice for our little one and he loved it! One of the best! I had the spider roll and its one of the best I had! My husband had the Chirashi and he loved it too! We will definitely have to come back when we are in the area!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. They are ALWAYS so nice and so accurate. I used to have a favorite local sushi place but the quality and service here is always great.

Glad I stumbled upon this little gem. Everyone was extremely friendly. Sushi chef was only there about a month I had heard him say. Had a few pieces of tuna, scallop, sweet shrimp and a spicy tuna hand roll. Fish was extremely fresh tasting and the simple combinations and extras that he added to each item was a delightful surprise and well balanced. Sushi chef knows what he’s doing. They also gave me a few items as a courtesy and each one delicious. Since I am from out of town, I will make sure to come back the next time I visit. Thank you for a excellent experience.

Food is excellent! lobster boat is amazing and so are the California rolls. Service is great, Nu and Cici are the best! The owner, Cooper is friendly and gracious and will come by and occasionally create a special appetizer on the house! Can’t beat that.

I LOVETHISPLACE. I’ve eaten at so many sushi and Thai restaurants in South Florida and I assure you, from one foodie to another, no matter where you are coming from it will be worth the drive. Fresh ingredients, amazing spices, sauces & dishes. Do your palate a favor and eat here soon!

My aunt suggested that we try here while on vacation in Florida since she knows my love for Sushi. Musashi is located in a small strip mall. Parking is tough, particularly in-season, so you may have to drive around a few minutes before anything becomes available. Restaurant is small, specializing in Japanese and Thai foods. They have a few tables available outside as well. The atmosphere of the place is cozy with about 8 – 9 tables available for patrons. The quality of the food is decent but nothing great. I thought it was a bit overpriced for what it was. I started with the seaweed salad which was on par with others I’ve had elsewhere. We then split the spicy tuna yukke, spicy tuna roll and salmon lover roll. The tuna yukke was a nice, large portion of tuna, avocado, cucumber and sauce. The rolls were decently sized. Meal came to $ 51 with tip. While this isn’t expensive, there are sushi places near my home where I can get twice the amount of food for the same price. I would try here again but would consider other places as well since I feel the offerings were limited with regards to the rolls.

Good place to go for sushi when you are going with someone who doesn’t eat sushi. They have a nice split menu between sushi and Thai food. Plenty of wait staff available at busy lunch hours, so you can definitely hit this place for a work lunch and get back to the office in a reasonable amount of time. The sashimi is very fresh and elegantly served. I tried the Mermaid Roll, which was topped with a seaweed salad. Pretty unique and gave a nice flavor and texture to the roll itself. Since it was lunch, I didn’t totally load up on food. I will be back to try other rolls sooner than later.

Great food and friendly staff. We had the tom yum soup, pad thai, and the American Dream roll. All dishes were so flavorful and pleasing to the tastebuds. Can’t wait to come back again to try the other dishes!

Kind of a small Thai/Sushi restaurant in a strip center near Outback, but don’t let that turn you off. The service is super friendly and the Pad Thai was exactly what I wanted. They also have lunch specials that include soup or salad. Don’t forget the Thai Iced Tea!

The Pad Thai was delicious! It’s a nice, clean place and service was very good and sweet. My mom enjoyed my leftovers, so I’ll be bringing her next time.

Have been coming to this place for many years. Very lovely, small and cozy place. I usually always order same items all the time, and it’s always great. Love the wonton soup, their salmon sushi with different combinations and their shrimp sashimi is always fresh. The service is always amazing.

Challenging parking. Small, limited and pricey lunch options. No low sodium soy sauce on counters. Mediocre.

Bad business advertising. Don’t say your open from 11−10pm and have your business hours on your door completely different. Irritated!

I’ve been coming here on and off for 10 years now and they’re still great and as consistent as they were ten years ago. Don’t forget hire fresh their sushi is and always has been. My absolute favorite is their American Dreams Roll. Outstanding to say the least. It had baked conch on top with seafood dynamite. Seaweed salad is always a good starter. Misi soup is a great added plus.

Great reviews led me here. Friendly wait staff with a great sense of humor. Service was quite fast and the food served hot. Unfortunately the dishes were unimaginative and average. Ordered a number of dishes extra hot and spicy and they were rather bland. Honestly nothing stood out.

This is my favorite restaurant in the nation! The food is phenomenal, management excellent, and very clean! The owner has remarkable talent of making everyone feel at home! When you walk in all the staff greets and acknowledges you! When you leave all the stay say«bye bye bye, have a good day»… My favorite is the spider roll and the yummy drumstick chicken appetizer! I’ve tried many Thai and sushi venues but none other carry the energy of Thailand like they do here. Leo is the sushi chef and he always amazes my on the speed in which he makes my brown rice rolls! I love Cooper(the owner) he is a cross between Jackie Chen and the attitude of Samuel L. Jackson!

4.5 This is a small Thai restaurant tucked into corner of a shopping plaza. The setting is small and intimate, the restaurant has dim-lighting and flat screens normally playing whatever games are on for the evening. The waitresses are very sweet and welcoming and the prices are fair. For drinks I usually will either do hot sake or strawberry sake. For an appetizer I order the crab Rangoon which has a delicious and comforting flavor. If I don’t do that I get the steamed dumplings. They are small and delicate pockets filled with yummy pork and served with a tasty dipping sauce. For an entrée you absolutely must try the lobster roll, it is mind blowing. It is served on a boat with tempura battered lobster in the middle. On either side is the lobster roll and on the end is a crunchy lobster salad. If you are feeling very hungry I definitely think the mermaid roll goes well with this as it is light and crisp, which gives the meal a nice contrast. Check it out!

Musashi is located in a small shopping mall located on the Northwest corner of North Federal Highway and NE62nd Street. The shopping/business mall is usually jam packed and parking may often be difficult particularly during the«On Season» period of the year. Musashi is small, specializing in Japanese and Thai foods, eat in or take out, but has a rather complete menu. The atmosphere of the place is OK, nothing special with about 7 or 8 dining booths but a good number of inside tables along with a few two person tables outside on the sidewalk under the mall overhang. One major distraction, or I might say annoyance, however is from those customers coming in to make or pick up takeout orders who tend to stand around speaking loudly or talk on their cell phones while waiting. The quality of the food I’ve had here has been good, reasonably priced, though nothing that I would consider exemplary. On my most recent visit I had the miso soup and their spicy tuna roll. Both were good and the tuna roll not only came with cuts of tuna roll but also several pieces of sushi and best tasting part, a seaweed cone containing a tasty tuna tartar of sorts, nicely spiced and enhanced with green onion.
