If you are in the mood to excite your taste buds and ooh and aah over the best falafel and hummus you have ever eaten, do not hesitate to eat here. My three teens were fighting over the pita and hoarding the last few bites of hummus. Everything was great! Stephen was our friendly and helpful server who offered great suggestions from wine to dessert. Do not let the strip mall façade fool you! This was foodie heaven. The lovely owner made sure we were well taken care of, offering us extra pita and a story about the origins of his mom’s secret recipes. Suggestions: make sure to leave room for Konafa for dessert. Our biggest regret is that we are here for one night only before a cruise and will miss this when we are back home.

Across from my hotel, found this wonderful place! Ate their take-out 4 times in 2 weeks. The hummus is unique– creamy, delicious– not at all like the grocery type. The Gyros are what I went back for, well seasoned and generous in portion — and one night, the lamb shank– so tender, falling off the bone. And, if you know Greece, Mythos beer! Fond memories of that place made this one great. I waited for take out and was given a small plate of hummus and pita free! Reminded me of Crete, where the local taverna would bring anything from olives and feta– to anchovies and bread– for free, just for having a beer. If you’re reading this review, and love some Greek food, give it a shot. Go now.

This place has the best Falafel outside of Egypt! Their babaganoush is to die for. They have an awesome new waitress Kim who is super smart, efficient and quick. The owner many is a super sweet man that will accommodate to your request. I LOVE this place.

Well I must say the food is consistently good from the lamb shwarma, falafel, and hummus. Their hummus is one of the BEST i’ve ever had. We did have an issue with their customer service previously which took everyone in the office from eating there multiple times a week to not eating there at all for a few weeks. Fast-forward a few weeks and we decided to try it again. The service recently has been consistently good. It looks like they changed a few people but the young lady Kristina is always great. They need to continue to hire more people like her!

Really good food and prices. Delicious homemade sauces. The server was very nice and food came out quickly. Never realized this place was right down the street from my house. Will definitely visit regularly now.

I love this place! Everything is so fresh, it has become my go-to for a healthy lunch. Try the lamb shawarma on a greek salad, its a must! Also, love their little setup; it gives the restaurant an authentic feel.

Really one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few weeks. I wanted Greek food around Ft. Lauderdale, took the(awesome) reviews into consideration and headed for Mini Pita. It’s technically a Mediterranean grill but their fare masterfully touches on cuisine from that region. Food is flavorful and piled high on plates. Fancy shoes and tastes not needed in this place. **Its a quiet dinner/date, spot no problem** The owner will greet you himself if he’s around and the ENTIRESTAFF really takes pride in their hospitality. Don’t mind the retro-condition of the shopping plaza, in which Mini Pita is located. Food and service will leave you stuffed and somehow at the same time, craving for more. Take it from this first timer, I’ll be back. A lot.

What fun! We had a lovely meal– lamb shawarma, Greek salad and baklava & Egyptian lentil soup — oh and a glass of Chardonnay– all served by a capable and charming server named Kim. Very nice food and a welcoming environment!

3.5 Stars I have to say that the chicken shawarma is heavenly– whether ordered in a pita a la carte or in the fancy noodle dish(forgetting what it’s called at the moment). I had one very good experience where the staff was up on their game– bringing everything out timely and fresh. On a recent return during lunch time– they took 45 minutes to bring out our food when there were only 2 other tables sat. When we were leaving they forgot to bring something I added for take-out, and on both mess-ups, they did not apologize. The baklava is the dryest I have ever had. This place is probably good for take-out but the service is far too slow and low quality from the staff.

Found this place while walking around the area looking for somewhere for lunch while staying at the Hampton Inn. It looked a little iffy at first(frankly the whole are looks iffy) but that feeling quickly went away with friendly service and excellent food. The hummus was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. They also had a hibiscus iced tea that was out of this world(try it mixed with Lemonade). I ordered the Shwarma Sandwich which was good(except I didn’t realize it had cucumbers which are not my favorite thing, but that’s my fault). My wife ordered the Gyro which she said was delicious. Dessert was wonderful as well. My wife ordered the baklava which she loved. I ordered they’re signature dessert made with shredded philo dough and fruit filling. I opted for banana. Very tasty. My only regret is that I don’t live in the area so I can keep coming back.

We ate here because of all the awesome Unilocal reviews. Oh my bursting tummy! Fabulous!!! Pita bread rox! We ordered a few items and were super satisfied! Everything everyone said was very much like our experience. I’m not going to waste your time, put your phone down and get put in your order at the counter!!!

Be prepared for unusually delicious Mediterranean food. Fresher, and more authentic than anywhere I have been in NYC — what a surprise hidden behind a little neon«mini pita» sign. Inside has real roses on the table and a family vibe with gracious servers. I would bring my friends here with pride. Had a such fresh tasting eggplant Konafa with mozzarella and feta. The Hummus appetizer showed how their simple pita and hummus offering is leagues above others in terms of freshness and flavor. Simple but so fresh.

This is a great place to stop in for a quick meal. Food was very delicious! Get the pita pockets instead of the platters though. The pita pockets are about $ 8 and the platters are about $ 12-$ 13 and the only difference between the two is that the platter is the unassembled version of the pita pockets and for the extra price you get fries. Those are the only differences! Fries were pretty good, but if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t pay $ 4 extra essentially just for fries and a DIY pita pocket. I would definitely just order off of the pita pocket section since they assemble everything for you so it’s less work and it’s so much cheaper!

Got a hankering for Greek food, but Mini-Piti roped me in by providing free delivery, and offering Shwarmas! Omg, I had spicy lamb Shwarmas plate with house salad, rice pilaf, soft and delicious Pita bread, tzatziki sauce and a green spicy house dip. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and a nice portion for a reasonable price. The hummus appetizer was silky smooth with the right amount of garlic, and my baklava dessert was yummy with the right hint of sweetness and crunch of the phyllo dough! Oh, and was delivered in less than 20 minutes! I would order from here again, winner!

Good place. Good is delicious and there is very friendly service. Went in for a quick gyro and left with a chicken Shawarma. It was all around yummy and they made it quickly. I wish I lived closer by to frequent this place more often. I’ll definitely go again when in the area!

Great breakfast!!! The shakshuka was unbelievable! Get it. The breakfast Konofa was awesome also– make sure you ask for the green hot sauce on the side otherwise it could be dry. With the sauce it’s excellent!
