«Freaky fast» at this location is the same as «Terrible service» the staff and management team is rude, argue with you when they mess up your order and doesn’t do anything to make it right. They’ll make sure you feel like an inconvenience. You can get a decent sub anywhere and I suggest you do. I’ve went to this location MANY times and will never be going back… And I’m right across the street from them

Been a couple years since I’ve been to one in previous state I resided in. Never thought it was above avg. and staff(at Atl. location) thought they were to cool for school/not friendly. I went to this one to grab $ 1 national special couple days ago & line was long as expected, but staff was prepared for craziness. Very nice staff and #6 veggie hit the spot. I recommend spicing it up, as it is bland. I added spicy cheese and red pepper flakes at home.

They ARE ridiculously fast!!! I order for delivery at least 2 times a week. Even the online order system is quick and easy. They usually deliver in about 15 – 20 minutes. My absolute favorite sub is the #6 Vegetarian. Comes in their soft French bread and loaded with veggies, slices of provolone cheese and an avocado spread that adds pizzaz to the sub. My other fave is their #3 Totally Tuna. It’s just a yummy tuna salad topped with cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes. All of their subs can be customized with extras. When ur hungry and need a fast delivery with yummy subs, call them or order online.

Fast delivery. Great sandwich. I always get the number 9 on whole wheat. That bread is really good. Bbq chips and it only costs $ 10. If i dont have time to grab food they can assist me.

Normally the service is very fast, except when it rains. I enjoy the sandwiches, but why do they never deliver napkins???

I am not a fan. I tried Jimmy Johns when they first joined the neighborhood a few years back and hadn’t gone back in a long while. I thought, man, all of these Jimmy Johns are opening everywhere, maybe I just had one bad experience and should give ‘em another try? Hmm first impressions are usually pretty accurate. I ordered the vegetarian sub. The avocado spread is a nice touch, but there is a major lack in options of veggies like other well known sub shops. No olives or sliced pickles? Harrumph. I also thought it was strange that I had to get mustard in a packet and you can’t get just vinegar. Only their vinaigrette with oil, vinegar, and herbs. Next up, service. Ok it was ‘freaky’ fast, but I felt rushed and I miss seeing the sandwich being made so you can ask for a little more of this or less of that. I thought the menu was not clear on the combo options and the cashier guy was pretty dismissive from beginning to end. I believe it’s 2.50 for a drink and chips added, but never saw it on the menu. I’m pretty sure it’s somewhere, just not obvious to me. With other sub choices around, I’m quite certain Jimmy Johns is off my list for good. The sub was actually fine and satisfied my hunger, but it’s all in the details.

Ordered a sub and added chips and a soda but when I went to get the ice for my drink, I noticed there was mold on the inside of the ice dispenser. When I mentioned it to the cashier who claimed to be the manager that the soda machine was dirty, he got a bit of an attitude and replied«what’s dirty about it»? So I walked him over there and showed him. His response was that he thought it was fruit punch. How the hell fruit punch would get in the ice dispenser I do not know. If they don’t clean the soda machine, I can only imagine what else they don’t clean. gross.

I have no idea why I ordered my lunch from here. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with Jimmy Johns but I was craving a sandwich. I ordered delivery online. I got a veggie sandwich with no mayo, added Italian dressing, hot peppers, and oregano. I did indeed get no mayo but nothing else I requested was put on the sandwich. Not I’m eating a flavorless lettuce and bread sandwich. Great. Not making this mistake again.

I’m just so impressed by their delivery system that I have to give them 5 stars. It blows my mind how quick my sandwich shows up. I call, hang up, BAMM! I got my sandwich.

Super great service. Delicious food and lightning fast service! The cookies were a good finishing touch. It met my expectations. Sounds like some people writing reviews forget that’s it’s a sub shop and not an $ 80 dinner overlooking the water… Calm down people! I highly recommend it for a yummy sub.

HORRIBLE! My boyfriend ate here and was sick for the ENTIRENIGHT. I have no clue how one can mess up a sandwich but he was so sick and was throwing up for the entire night. DONOTGOHERE. go to anywhere else that won’t make you throw up just from eating a sandwich.

I order from Jimmy John’s delivery all the time. Sometimes they are too«FREAKISHLYFAST» and they don’t read the order, which results in errors. Nobody quality checks the order(i.e. the delivery driver) and they never include napkins. I know its minor stuff but when you in an office and don’t have access to basic things like napkins and order accuracy is important for allergy reasons. Slow down just a bit and read what the customer wants, please.

I ended up going here to do a phoned in lunch run pickup for a work crew at Port Everglades. When I arrived I was delighted to find everything prepared and ready for me to pick up, so I have to give them credit for being rather fast and having everything decently packed and ready to go. It seemed that the establishment is indeed more take out than eat in oriented, even if the take outs were only going as far as the front seat of a crew bedded pickup truck in their parking lot. I’m not sure the exact marketing target of Jimmy John’s, but would seem to me to be just a sort of notch up from a Subway. However that kick up notch from a Subway would be very much. For myself I had their«Totally Tuna,» a combination of canned tuna, what they refer to as a tasty sauce which I tasted to me to just be some sort of spiced up mayo, slices of unskinned cucumber, tomato and lettuce in what wasn’t the best of refined flour bulky belly filling sub in style bread; run of the mill, nothing out of the ordinary or impressive. For picking up large takeout orders, not bad but for dinning in or for a quality sandwich, there are nearby choices like a Laspadas and several deli markets that would be far better choices.

I have been to a JJ’s once before about a year ago. It was just ok. I don’t know what all the hype is about. I thought I would try them again tonight on the way to the airport. So mediocre. You taste nothing but the hot peppers and the oil it is slathered in. Honestly, I’d rather have a Subway foot long. No more JJ’s for me. All hype. No substance.

I ordered a sandwich 4/3/2014,@1:16 pm from there(jimmy john) to the Hilton on A1A witch is like 10min away delivery came to the hotel at 2:10pm. When I asked about there supposedly fast service the driver said that they never quote you a time. I called the store and let them know that not only was I not happy but that I think they are a false advertising company. When the manager quoted on the phone«so what. Are you gonna be mad all day, no so get over it» That is so unprofessional and totally Unexceptable that I could not believe that they would speak that way to a paying customer. I went to the bell stand collected all the menus they had of this establishment and throw them all in the trash !! If they treated me like this I refused for them to provide any kind of service to my guest !

I had heard so much hype about Jimmy John’s that I was ecstatic to finally give it a try. They offer«freaky fast» delivery which seems to hold up to the claim as they had at least 3 delivery cars and they kept on moving. As for the environment, it’s similar to Quizno’s and Subway, maybe a tad smaller. The options are better though and prices cheaper. The bread tastes more like a Cuban loaf and they have some they scoop the insides out of(not sure why but I guess to make more room for the fillings) and some on regular sandwich bread, club style. I ordered the Vegetarian, which made me happy to see on the menu. It includes avocado also a plus since Subway charges more for guac. I just wish they offered more sauces than mayo & mustard as I don’t like either meaning my sammie was dry. Other than, I may go back and try something else!
