Was initially impressed with the quality of the work but when they replace a button the broke while I was putting on my shirt they laundered, I return the shit for repair. I am a good regular customer, but not any more, they charged me $ 2.00 for the repair. not have a good customer relations policy cost them $ 1200.00+ /year in business! Do the math, was it worth it?

these guys are the best… ive been to different places and they have ruined my tommy bahama shirts… this place is the only guys that know how to do it right and cheaper too boot… there better than great there awesome. ignacio

There are two situations you generally write reviews. When you have a bad experience and when you have a great experience. I’m happy to say that I had a great experience at this particular Dry Cleaner. Tim, the owner, can still be found working at this location most mornings, over thirty years after opening up his first Dry Cleaners. He’s the epitome of what great customer service is, and should be a model for other local business owners. Holliday Cleaners offers fair prices and stands by their work, and usually has your garments back to you within 2 – 3 business days. I can’t speak more highly of this local business.
