Good for a chain, Although prefer local over a chain. Meat was delicious and the taziki was tasty.

Overall I would say this place is ‘meh’. If it were the only thing in the area, could consider eating here again, but this is located next to 15 other places to eat, so most likely will not return. Good to try at least once though. Also I’m not big into greek food so my opinion is slightly swayed. PROS: — Helpful /Friendly Staff — Chicken tasted ok CONS: — Little Pricy — Rice Tastes Bland(Had the rice bowl with chicken, tomato, etc.) — Seating area is tight

This was my first time here and I loved the food! I got the traditional gyro and the meat was marinated so well with a slight taste of lime. The only thing is that the prices are a little pricey for the portions you get but definitely worth it. The owner was also very pleasant and took the time to explain to us how the process works. You get to pick everything you want to add on the wrap. This was definitely one of the best gyro places I have been too. I wish we had one in GA!

I love the food here — always fresh and delicious. I called at 9:15 to place an order for pick up – the guy was hesitant on the phone questioning if I could get there by closing time(9:30) and I said I lived 5min away. Reluctantly, he said ok. I get there at 9:20 and the lights were turned off and the guy greets me with«you know, some of us have been here for 11 hours.» Wow. Pretty unfortunate customer service.

The ambiance was quiet, pretty simple like any other eatery. The gyro had a lot of meat! Overall, it tasted good, but the meat itself was kinda salty. I would come here again if they put les salt in the grip.

Overpriced. It is a good restaurant but the hummus is way over the price most people would pay.

Really nice food and staff. Had a free hummus and pitta from Unilocal and it was delicious! Spicy chicken and rice was really good too!

I had a rice and falafel bowl with original tzatziki and topped with the cucumber and tomato salad mix. The falafel was super salty, so I ate about a half of one before I have up. I tried mixing smaller pieces with the rice to help disperse the saltiness, but that didn’t help. The rice seemed overcooked and like it had excess water, so when I tried to at least eat the rice since I wasn’t going to eat the falafel, I found it pretty unappetizing, and couldn’t finish that either. The first time I came here I did have a spinach pie that was good, but after this meal(my second visit), I think I’ll save my $ 9, and go elsewhere. I gave two stars, and not one, because of my previous visit with the good spinach pie.

Gyroville is a great treat and a shift from the ordinary. This has been my go-to place for lunch since our company relocated to the Cypress Creek area. The food is made from excellent ingridients. Quality is top-notch and everything is prepped fresh and in sight. The menu options are vast and flexible. Can’t go wrong with the traditional gyro, however :^) The customer service is stellar. The owner, Oz, is a great guy and cares to interact with customers, which provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within the restaurant. The location is pretty small, lunch rush hours are generally packed, and there is reason why. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. You’ll be glad you did.

This little gem is Tucked away in the Business district in Fort Lauderdale. It’s surrounding by several attractive and appealing other restaurants. However after hearing rave reviews from others, I had to make my lunch date. I love this«Chipotle style» create your own gyro concept. I’ve always been a Greek fan so I really couldn’t wait to taste their gyro meat. I decided to go with the classic pita wrap, Gyro with tomatoes onions and tzatziki sauce~ mouthwatering and delectable! The staff was absolutely welcoming as I was first timer! He thoroughly explained the menu and how to order. I did find the restaurant quite cute and quaint, given The interior there are a few small tables with a few outside so not too overly crowded. The food was absolutely superb! I can’t wait to be back.

Situated in the main Andrews Ave plaza, Gyroville is a pretty unassuming place. However, it’s a great spot for a quick lunch fix if you’re in the area. This is very fast casual, so don’t expect a ‘dining experience’, but it is fresh and relatively cheap, plus the staff are friendly. I’m a pretty regular customer here because of the food and the service. The manager/owner(not sure which he is), is very involved in the service and keeps everything in line pretty well. Rest of the staff is friendly and quick as well. You can see the food being cooked and it always tastes clean and fresh. Veggies are swapped out frequently and taste good. I usually grab a chicken pita with no sauce because I’m uncultured swine. The pita itself is always super tasty. Seating is limited, but this place does not get super busy so it’s usually ok. This is mostly a lunch spot, I’ve never seen it busy in the evening. Would be a good spot to grab a bite before or after a movie, though. Maybe a tad more expensive than some other fast places around the area, but the freshness is more than worth it, and you can still get a meal and drink for sub-$ 10. If you’re in the area and like greek food, stop in!

Healthy fast food with great prices and great service — I am happy. I like the build it yourself concept too. I had the Gyro meat rice plate with a side of Hummus and Pita. It tasted hot and fresh — despite the fact that I got take-out and walked back to my hotel to eat. Very generous portions and, as others have said, Unilocal-friendly. A Unilocal check-in got me the free Pita and Hummus.

not that big of a poster to Unilocal… but this incident demanded I post something… over the weekend — I visited Gyroville for the first time ever. Finding out it was a chain — made me hesitate to try it out. But it was a GYRO, and with the outstanding Unilocal reviews… had to go for it. I was there with a friend — and by mistake, I ordered first. I ordered the CLASSIC Greek meal. Gyro, Tysziki sauce, with lettuce and tomato on a Pita. I thought: «Quick, easy and simple — give me something to gauge your so called „5-stars“ Gyroville…» Then my buddy ordered a Zeus(??). Whatever it was — it was a ginormous salad with three meats. Chicken, Meatball, and Gyro. Holy Hey Hey. After watching the salad come to life… My face must have been screaming«WAIT! I screwed up my order!!» The man putting all of this together behind the glass — Ricardo — saw this and asked me «do you want to change your order?» BTW — my Gyro had already been made and was awaiting checkout.(You order the food similar to a Moes or a Chipotle.) But Ricardo finished up with the ginormous salad for my buddy, and then quickly went and got my Gyro — not sure what he did with it — but Ricardo took great care of me. I must say this in addition to the lengthy review of this place. The meal was outrageous. The food quality was excellent. But if there is anyone from any company — Ricardo at the Coconut Creek location — needs to be hired and put into leadership/management. This man lives like he was born to serve food. What a tremendous individual. You cant teach authenticity or a joy to be alive… Ricardo didn’t just go over and beyond what was expected — he knew his product; he suggested other sauces to accommodate the salad, he was quick/efficient, but not sloppy or rushed. He gave each person equal attention, while making everyone in the entire vicinity feel welcomed… If it was up to me — I would open up a company — whatever Ricardo felt he wanted to do — whatever he was passionate about — and let this kid take it to the moon!!! He is a tremendous individual — and I’m hopeful that he will find all the success in his endeavors.

First off, this is a super Unilocal friendly place so don’t forget to use your Unilocal Check-in. When you do, you’ll get a small complimentary Unilocal freebie of humas and pita bread. The humas is made fresh on premises every day and its very good. Gryroville isn’t really what you would call a restaurant. It’s a chain of what are more like sandwich or snack shops kind of like what Subways are like only that there food has a Greek theme and character about it, but of course a rather Americanized takeoff. When you walk in the menu is on flat screens over the food prep area. You place your order at one end and pay at the other end. The place is small and rather cramped. There are only about six or eight small two seater tables and an eating counter. Most of the tables are wobbly but if you put your feet on the bottoms of them they are easy to stabilize. The people who work here are super energetic, super friendly and helpful in every way which is something that really sets it apart from ordinary fast food chains or sandwich shops. Besides having their Unilocal complimentary humas and pita, I had their«Posideon,» $ 8.50, which contained a good piece of Mahi Mahi done Cajun, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, peppers and feta tzatziki wrapped in pita bread. The fish was of a fresh filet and all of the vegitables were crisp to the bite with a distinctly fresh taste. All in all, not a bad deal for $ 8.50.

I ordered the Zeus! Triple meat, chicken, gyro and meatballs with tomatoes and red onion and of of course tzaziki sauce. Taste and portions were excellent. Filled me up! Establishment is clean and service is quick. Definitely a good lunch/quick dinner spot. Staff is more than helpful to helping you select an item on there menu. Small place not too good for groups, but doesn’t not seem like they want to be that kind of joint. Geared for the lunch enthusiast. All the menu items are refreshingly innovative and beat the typical fast food fried garbage that most places offer. Thumbs up for sure, will return real soon!

I had the gyro platter and my son had the kids gyro platter. I also had a side of stuffed grape leaves. Yummy!!! This place is a build your own gyro place. The food very good. The gyro meat is a combo of lamb and beef shaved very thin… just the way i like it. The platter came with Greek salad a choice of rice or fries as well as tzatiziki sauce and a warm pita. The tender grape leaves were perfectly stuffed with a well seasoned rice. The salad which you can also dictate what you want in it had just enough dressing to flavor it. My son enjoyed his gyro and fries platter. There are many other selections to chose from. First you may pick a rice bowl pita wrap or salad. Second pick a protein grilled chicken 100% beef meatballs chickpeas gyro falafel or mahi add a dollar for the fish. Third chose a finish… tzatziki sauce hummus medichurri or fresh veggies. This place offers combo meals and featured meals… like the Gyro Platter or The Mediterranean Caesar Salad or Aphrodite or the Poseidon… Gyroville also has small dishes like falafel and hummus or fries or rice etc… The kids menu is 4.00 which includes a fountain drink. The owner is very personable and prides himself on customer satisfaction. Thank you OZ, the owner!!! So please Unilocalers come check out this place! Its worth it!

Wow this was one of those«one-off», «just-passing-by-and-happen-to-be-hungry» moments and I love. Found this little gem tucked away in in a larger-ish plaza at the beginning of Ft. Lauderdale Uptown Business District. Can I just start off by saying — YUMMY. I love that this place couples the«make your own» elements which Chipotle graced us with, coupled with great Greek food. Hallelujah, some genius found their calling with this one. I went all classic with my order: pita, gyro meat, tomato, cucumber and classic tzatziki sauce — delicious. I saw they had spicy feta, a series of different sauces, and so many other personalizations. I cannot wait to go back when I’m in a creative mood. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. All the food looked very fresh and my meat was carved in front of my eyes — only enhancing my hunger! It’s a little far from home, but whenever I’m in Laudy-Town, I’ll be sure to hit it up for lunch. PS: Check in for free hummus and pita! Woo Hoo!
