This Verizon location is independently owned and operated by 5 Star Mobile, a licensee of GoWireless. They are able to provide you with the same services as any Verizon store but I will drive out of my way for this location because of their superior customer service. I hate the main Verizon Fort Lauderdale location. They are even able to provide you a loaner phone if necessary when ordering a new phone. Ask for Armando! He is great. They are very attentive, always help you to receive the best deal possible, and are a pleasure to work with.

This was once a Verizon Wireless Store but closed only to be reopened as an independently owner and operated 5 Star Mobile, a licensee of GoWireless. It’s been nicely updated with a remodeled interior superior to the old Verizon store.
I happened by here as I lost my cell phone, again, and had to get a replacement. It has everything Verizon had. However, the atmosphere, service and attention of the staff appears to have improved. I happen to like the place because it isn’t as crowded as the typical Verizon stores while the costs and services are about the same.
