Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, & Lighting Gallery

Went to this store with the intentions of buying a sink and faucet. Was so taken aback by the lack of professionalism with the sales help. Seems like no one knew anything about the products in the store; the front desk personnel were particularly rude!!! I will say that the showroom is lovely but just plan to peruse and don’t ask questions!!!

We bought a 5 star Bosch oven, but received 1 star service. Tim Millwood was a wonderful, entertaining salesperson, but once we paid for the oven, he made it known he wanted nothing to do with us. He promised a rebate that didn’t exist. I wasn’t bothered until he became aggravated with me for simply calling after 1 month, asking for delivery status. I finally got my stove Dec 18. Their delivery service was unbelievably bad — Appliance Alliance. To top that service off, installation is still incomplete — I will have to pay Bosch an additional amount to complete the job that Appliance Alliance never did, and Ferguson has yet to honor. After 5 days, noone from either business has contacted us.

I initially had an issue with this company after ordering, about a price on some fixtures that were waaaay cheaper directly from the manufacturer via amazon. (We’re talking 40%~ cheaper)… and had previously left a negative Unilocal review for this company.
Maybe it was me, maybe it was the salesperson I was with, but in the end the store manager cristin went above and beyond to appease me.
My suggestion is that if you know what brand of hardware you want in your bathroom, do a little price research on it first. If ferguson is somewhere around the prices you can find in other stores, just go with ferguson as they will help you put together everything that you need for your project.

Don’t believe the typical hype that «Ferguson is so expensive.» It’s really not. Just because you’re not finding the typical inexpensive Home Depot/Lowe’s products does not mean that Ferguson is so out of reach financially.
Are they more expensive than Home Depot and Lowe’s? Not always. Sure, most of the things in here are priced higher (in some cases, significantly) than your familiar home store chain, but honestly there is something here for virtually every budget.
This place is great because there is such a large span of product offering here. For example, you can find yourself an inexpensive Delta faucet, or you can pick up a gorgeous Dornbracht faucet. The range is there, so it’s just up to you to find where it fits you.
And most of that range is on display for you to see and feel the quality and look of what you want before you buy it (or maybe there is something slightly better that you didn’t even know about before).
The people here are very helpful, although I wish there were more of them, because this place can get busy enough on the weekends to where you’ll be waiting a while just to be able to buy something.
