Really awesome staff here! Have been here many times and they are always very on point to help people with various problems with printing and shipping needs. They also have a good open layout compared to many of the other stores along with parking they monitor to allow for a quick drop off of packages or quick print needs.

I use them mostly for their printing services as the location is close to the house and makes picking up after work quick and easy. They have an easy to use website that I can upload print jobs to. Once uploaded all that’s required is to select paper size, paper stock and color and number of copies. I’ve also had signs made on foam board which turned out great. At times I’ve been in a hurry and even emailed documents from my phone and waited for them to print while there. They’re very accommodating no matter what your needs are. They also have printing and shipping supplies if you want to do it yourself.

On Saturday 7÷19÷14 at 4:18 I went in to this location because I needed help getting some papers laminated.
The staff working were not courteous, nor made any time or effort to instruct how to operate the equipment. The quality of the materials available were poor and made the results defective. I respectably voiced my disappointment with how the lamination turned out to the staff upon checking out at the register and I rudely received jocular attitude and was bluntly surpassed by following customers.
I would highly encourage future customers to choose other locations for respectable customer service.
From personal experience, if you don’t enjoy your day job, find a new one.

Open until 11pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends. Still the friendliest spot in the neighborhood that handles print and ship like a pro should.

I needed a document of 180 pages scanned, formatted to a PDF and transferred to a jump drive ASAP and the gentleman who assisted me did it QUICK! I have been to this FedEx in the past to ship items and their customer service has always been great!

Most every week, at least once a week, I find myself here having to do a Fed Ex of some documents. Over the years, I can say my every experience has been prompt and handled professionally.
And as for copy machine services, since I’m somewhat techically lacking, I’ve never had a problem with getting their good assistance.
