The company should be ashamed of this location. Food is always good as usual but these evict is horrible on several occasions now. I will be going to another location which is only a mile further from now on. Staff sucks here big time.

This isn’t a good Chipotle location in my opinion. The food was bland. The line was quite long. The portions were skimpy. I wanted a salad, but they use iceberg lettuce(which makes my stomach hurt) instead of romaine like other locations in Chicago and Los Angeles. The guac, which is typically my favorite, had no flavor, need salt and cilantro or something… I will drive a bit further to try another location next time I’m in the area and have a taste for Chipotle.

You pretty much know what you are going to get when you walk into a Chipotle. The burritos are above average; however, the portion sizes are decreasing as time goes on. They used to give you a fairly large portion of rice, beans, meat, etc. Times have definitely changed. They seem to have cut the portion size in half for just about all of their options. The lines used to be very long and I would not even go to a Chipotle unless I ordered online. With all of the media attention that they are receiving, the lines have become considerably shorter. The woman at the cash register was kind of clueless and she didn’t understand that I had a coupon for chips and a drink. Will I return to this location? Maybe, maybe not. Nothing against this particular restaurant, though. I just am not as hyped about these burritos as I once was.

This is a dog poo location. You would hope there would be some consistency between chipotle’s in PA and FL, but no. It was flavorless and bad. Go get 5 guys across the street.

You can’t say nothing wrong about Chipotle. Always love the food, fresh ingredients. Luckily I came during off-Peak time so got to miss the long lines typical here during lunchtime. Typical Chipotle set-up. Great food made in front of you. What more can you ask for. Other than«guac please» The people could stand to be a bit friendlier.

Visited around the lunch hour — it was super busy and the staff did a great job working as a team to take care of guests. Ordered a veggie burrito with black beans, peppers, onions, lettuce, rice and guacamole. The burrito was filling not necessarily delicious.

Seriously what happened to this Chipotle? The food must have been sat there for 2 days. There was no line which was the only good thing about the whole encounter. I ordered the bowl to-go. I always go with white rice, black beans, veggies, chicken, mild, corn, cheese and guac on side. The veggies tasted like they’d been soaked in vinegar. On top of that everything was cold. The upside is the convenience of the location and the personnel were pleasant, but food majorly let it down. I thought Chipotle was pretty fool-proof, obviously not.

I love Chipotle but this location always gives such pitiful portions. I only choose to get a few items in my burrito bowl and always ask for extra rice but they end up giving me less than a regular portion. Then the meat is less than a spoonful. For the price, the volume of food is really light. I find that I get better portions when I call ahead and order pick up. Other locations are much more giving of portions so I always feel like I’m getting ripped off here.

First chipotle experience where I felt they shafted me with the portions. I ordered 2 burrito bowls and a burrito for pick up and when my parents started eating the bowl. They said so this place only gives you rice, beans, and lettuce? I was shocked to only find like 5 pieces of chicken in each of our burrito/bowls. This isn’t acceptable. I will not be coming to this location again.

OK, first time at a Chipotle. I hear everyone raving about it. The food is quick and kind of average. I was expecting the food and fixings to be super fresh. But the chicken in my burrito was pretty hard, like it was sitting there for a while. Also the veggies clearly were not that fresh. It is OK if you want to grab a fast meal and don’t want to do a Fast Food drive through. All in all I was a little disappointed after all the people I hear saying how great it is. (It sure makes my miss East Coast Burrito that much more. Wish they didn’t close.)

The last time I order from this chipotle. I’m not sure how difficult it is to remember to put dressing in the bag after reminded twice. The staff is nice, however I’d almost rather them be rude and get my order correct.

This location was pretty busy but they had a lot of staff members so we barely even waited long to get our food.

I’ve been here quite a few times as its become my usual once a week, post karate dinner stop. In my previous visits here, things have been fairly decent, but it definitely isn’t in the upper echelon of Chipotles. I would say this was the worst experience I’ve had here so far, which is why I’m writing. I came in a little bit after 9PM, and the place was just about empty. I was the only person in line, so I went up to the counter to give my order, but it took a good minute or more to be acknowledged and helped. The girl behind the counter was cleaning off the line and what not, which is great, keep things clean! However, no one was at the start of the line to get my order going and it was clear she wasn’t going to stop what she was doing. I think at least saying«hi, someone we’ll be right with you» would have been appropriate. I don’t mind waiting… I’m a very polite and patient person, but I think most people would be off put by being ignored. I just think it’s a little disrespectful. Someone from corporate ended up making a surprise visit into the store and then walking through to the back, introducing himself to employees… and I was still waiting to be acknowledged! I suppose they missed that part lol. Anyway, I got my order taken and the girl was nice but giving extremely small portions… not sure if she was new or what but I’ve never seen such little rice being put in the bowl. I politely asked for a little more and she did, so it was fine. That happened all the way down the line for my veggie bowl. I saw someone put the lid on the fajita veggies and then when I asked for some, I was told they were out of them, and some of the employees that came out were laughing at that, so I’m guessing they came out wrong, but they were right in front of my face so I knew they existed. The girl after me in line waited a while to be acknowledged as well, and I overheard her ask the guy behind the counter why other employees in the back were poking their head out of the door and pointing at her and saying some things. Regardless of what that was about, definitely unprofessional. The girl at the register was very nice, but this was probably the worst experience I’ve had at the chipotle. No one was mean to me or anything, but just not the standard I’m used to going to other chipotles. I will agree with the other comments I’ve read about some employees being unprofessional and not very attentive… more concerned with interacting with each other rather than the customer. Maybe it was a bad night, but I’ve noticed a bit of unprofessional stuff other times I’ve been there. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for people having some fun while they work, but the customer should be the priority! Especially when corporate is in the house lol. Will I be back? Probably, because Guac.

Going back almost 5 years ago, chipotle used to be clean, professional employees with good manners. Now it’s runned by idiots who are super rude and unprofessional. Visited this location 2 days ago and ordered the double steak bowl. the guy barely gave me 1 scoop and argued with me about the extra meat that I was going to pay for. Girl at the counter didn’t know what chopped cilantro is. Really? You work at chipotle and you don’t know what chopped cilantro is?! Needless to say I won’t coming back to this location ever again or to any chipotle in a long time. Chipotle has gone downhill hiring every clown in the book.

This Chipotle is OK. I tend to review franchised or chain restaurants based on my experiences within that restaurant chain/franchise. The last time I was here, I liked it a lot. Probably because they overstuffed my burrito with meat and gave me tons of Guac. The time before that I hated it because the juvenile staff was joking around so much they neglected my order and my burrito came out kind of sloppy. To be honest, I don’t mind this place, but the only reason I come here is because the burritos are huge and it’s across the street from my gym.

Not the best Chipotle I’ve been to, but always busy. The employees today seemed distracted and I ended up with just two slivers of bell peppers on each taco. The medium salsa was so watery that the bottom of the tacos were soggy by the time we sat down. There was a huge chunk of lettuce rind in my side order of guacamole and a few of the chips were soggy in my bag. Hubby’s Burrito was good, no complaints except that it seemed messier than normal and feel apart half way thru. This can be avoided by taking an extra second to drain the juice from something before putting it on the burrito.

Chipotle is AWESOMEBRANCH, but this one is a HELLNO. The amount of meat they serve you like they’re one paying is not right. Will never ever go back.

This Chipotle has horrible reviews, but I’m not sure why. I have been twice now, and both times the experience was like any other Chipotle. I found all of the employees to be very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t notice anyone fooling around at all. My only issue was that the tables had food all over them, but hey it’s a semi-fast food place, so what do you expect?

Eh, it’s Chipotle… I think we’ve all been to one by now. 8 years ago I was absolutely obsessed with Chipotle and ate it two times a week on average. Slowly over the years my obsession has decreased, including a period where I absolutely hated it(turns out I had begun adding the salsa and didn’t realize that was the cause of my hate)…but anyways long story short, I had a craving pop up and headed to this new location near my work place. Again…eh, it’s Chipotle… I think we’ve all been to one by now, so I won’t go over the ordering system or what to get or any of that nonsense that anyone living in America must already know, but I must give this location credit for the size. Probably one of the biggest locations I’ve seen with lots of seating which is good because if you’ve ever eaten in a Chipotle at prime times you already know it can be difficult to get a seat. I came in here a few minutes before 11:30am to beat the rush and literally was the only person in the place. Result = walking out with my food no more than 3 minutes later… which has to be some kind of record!

Chipotle does a great job of serving you fresh food and quickly. The Burritos are nothing to sneeze at. They are huge and over stuffed! The menu is simple to understand and the choices are just enough to satisfy your appetite. Fresh guacamole is always available and the tacos are amazing. Come hungry and be prepared to loosen that belt a notch or two! If you don’t like to wait in line, you can call your order ahead and then go pick it up. Perfect for the lunch crowd, anyday!
