Why are you reading reviews of Chevron?
That being said, it’s the closest gas station I could find to the airport and for that, it’s great.

I have absolutely no problems with the product or the Company. I specifically buy my gas (to the tune of $ 2700/​yr) at Chevron because of the product and the companies corporate index rating on human rights.
The problem is the pumps: If they aren’t out of order all together, they are not accepting credit/​debit or it takes over a minute to even get thru the authorization process. OR LATELY THEY DON’T AUTHORIZE AT ALL. This has been the case over the past several months and it seems to be getting progressively worse.
Its with great regret that I must part ways with this gas station as they don’t seem to care at all about these issues.

I made a wrong turn on Federal Hwy and almost drove into a place where ships dock and your car is searched for illegal items, and almost had a heart attack.
So I needed a cold bottle of water once the guard at the gate was convinced I had made a bad turn and wasn’t actually trying to enter the guarded area.
This place sits right on the corner down from that area, so once I was allowed to make a u-​turn, I pulled right in, filled up with gas and got a cold bottle of water.
Very handy to shake off the jitters once you realized you just made a bad turn and about to deal with Homeland Security while you got open liquor bottles and blunts in your rental car

This gas station is probably the best & most convenient one that we’ve found to get gas before returning the rental car to FLL. The only drawback is their old fashioned, outdoor bathrooms that require a loaner key with a key-​fob the size of a Ping pong racket.
